running Windows XP version 2002 SP2) [Start->control panel->system->General] or
– If applicable, the problematic application name & version. (e.g. Microsoft Powerpoint 2007)
– A brief description on what you problem is. • E.g. my laptop repeatly crashed when trying to boot up, the error message is like this.
