How to create, write, edit
a Tellagami presentation

Create slides1. Create as many slides using presentations
from Google Drive. Add images and a script.
2. You can use own images or google
images.
3. Insert a text box to create a script.
4. Be aware where you intend to add your
Tellagami character. I had created space
available to move my Tellagami character in
position to present.
Add images and a script1. To add a text box, click ‘Insert’, scroll down
to ‘Text box’.
2. To add your own images, click here. Follow
the prompts to allow you to add your own
personal images.
Add images from Google1. To add images from google click ‘Tools’ in
the menu bar and click ‘Research’.
2. The research tool allows you to find
information from the web without leaving the
page.
3. On Research tool will appear on the right
hand side of the presentation.
4. Search images for your presentation. Click
on to offer you a variety of results.
Photo screen each slide1. Once you have created all your slides, you will
need to photo screen each slide. You may use a
different app for this, but I prefer the one built-in on
my Apple computer. It’s user-friendly for kids.
2. I use the camera on my Apple computer.
Hold down ‘shift’ , ‘command’ and ‘4’ simultaneously
and a target icon will appear.
3. Hold down the mouse pad and release the mouse
pad when you think you have a good photo.
4. With Apple computer, it automatically appears on
your desktop. Create a folder to put all your slides in.
How do I add my slides to Tellagami?1. Once I have photos of all my slides in a
folder, upload the folder to my dropbox app.
2. You may have dropbox on your ipad, if not,
you’ll need to download it.
How do I add my slides to Tellagami?1. Select the background from the dropbox
folder and click share. It gives you some
options, but choose ‘save image’. It
automatically saves to your photos.
2. Do it for all your photos saved required to
add as background in your Tellagami.
How do I add my slides to Tellagami?1. Create your background using either
camera or library and record your voice.
2. Once you’re happy with your recording,
click share.
3. Click save and it will save to your photos.
4. Do this for each slide.
Start editing using iMovie1. Upload your photos to iMovie.
2. Start editing and publish your final copy.
