YounowhavetheZoomclientforMeetingsinstalled.BestpracticeistohaveZoomstartwhenyourcomputerbootsup.

• OnWindows,gototheZoomclientandclickon“Settings”atthetopright.ClickonGeneralandthenchecktheboxthatsays“StartZoomwhenIstartWindows”.

• OnMac,right-clicktheZoomappintheDock,selectOptions>OpenatLogin.ForiOSandAndroiddevices,pleasevisittheAppStoreorGooglePlaytoinstalltheZoommobileapps.ForfastmeetingschedulingdownloadtheOutlookPlugInorBrowserPlugin–simplyscheduleaZoommeetingdirectlyfromOutlookorGoogleCalendarTURNINGOFFYOURVIDEOZoom’s default video setting isON. If you do notwant your video to start automaticallywhen you join ameeting,followthesesteps.
