Reasons for employee leaving
• Feeling de-valued and unrecognized• Lack of recognition• Unexpected work environment• Low pay• Employees are not respected• Injustice• Lack of communication
Unexpected work environment
• Environment should be friendly, open, less restricted, so that employees may communicate and understand the team
• If the environment is not met employees expectations, then he will surely leave the company
Feeling de-valued and unrecognized
• If employees feel de-valued or not actively communicated, he may feel that he is not recognized in the organization
• On that thing he may feel that his work and himself are not valuable lead to his resignation
Lack of recognition
• Sometimes employees try to collaborate their efforts fully to reach the organization's goals by working hard or extra
• When they work hard and they are make some achievements and no one appreciates them nor recognize their efforts, it makes them unhappy which goes into some unwanted actions.
Low pay
• Every one is working for money!• And that’s the simple thing clear as mirror• If employee is not getting paid as per his
expectation, he will not able to do work• Even if in some companies employees work for
extra time still they didn’t get their overtime by management
• This is most common reason to ruin the good relationship between the Boss and employees
Employees are not respected
• This thing is more important than money for every employee
• Some employees are more concerned about how the boss or management treats them
• Where the work is respected, there is no reason to leave the company, otherwise ? You know what I mean!
Injustice
• According to an online survey, 82% employees are leaving companies because they feel that they are not getting the justice
• Most of the employees are not fight for justice, they just leave the organization
Lack of communication
• If not properly communicate, there will be chances to ambiguity which leads to departure of employee from organization
• There are quite few managers or bosses who are communicating with there employees on regular basis
• It’s the main reason why employees are not happy with there bosses
