    Not having time for yourself

    Facts, tips and advices:

    Treat others as your equals. Dont act as though you were superior.

    Enjoy the company of those who are around you , but also learn the value of being alone at times.

    Meditate you need to have a healthy mind in order to have a healthy body.

    Try to love or at least appreciate every thing and everyone in your life

    Stop comparing yourself with others classmates, family membes or celebri-ties. This goes to both girls and boys.

    The world does not revolve around you. Help others out whenever you can and be altruistic about a cause.

    Live life to the fullest of your potential. Be tolerant. Always. Dont put labels on

    other people.

    Stark taking up hobbies. Do what you love no matter what!

    EAT WELL. MOVE MORE. LIVE LONGER.

    ting or sensibility to light and sound. The

    pain can last a whole day or can go away

    within a few minutes you never know. Mo-

    reover, migraine is a medical condition that

    should be treated with special medication. If

    you have headaches frequently, you better go

    to your doc!
