What Materials Are Needed?

A ribbon rose is a rose that is made of

ribbon; it doesn’t require any other

materials. Making a ribbon rose only

requires about 5 minutes.

There are only 8 simples steps needed in

order to create a simple ribbon rose. The

The first and most important material needed is the Ribbon. The length of the ribbon is up to you; a longer ribbon for a bigger rose and a shorter ribbon for a smaller rose. If you want to add leaves to the rose, then prepare some green ribbons. Also, you can choose your own ribbon color.

The second material needed for the ribbon rose is a pair of scissors. The scissors is used to adjust the length of the ribbon and to cut away the end of the ribbon to make the rose look better.

Then, you can choose either tape or rubber band as the third material. You need 2-3 rubber bands if you chose rubber band and a roll of tape if you chosen tape.

The last material you need for creating a ribbon rose is glitter. But this material is optional. If you want a shiny rose, then you could try to add some glitter on the top of the rose.

The first step of the

ribbon rose

creation would be

to use the pair of

scissors. Cut the

ribbon that you

need for the rose.

The length is up to

you.

The second step of

the ribbon is to fold

the ribbon rose

into half.

After folding it into

half, use the glue or

the double sided

tape to stick it

together.

Then, starting with

the left side of the

ribbon, fold it

towards the right

side.

Continue repeating steps 4 -5 until there is a little bit ribbon left. Hold on to the

ribbon.

left side of the

fold it again on the

Then still, holding the ribbon with one hand, let go of the other hand. (The

Lastly, still holding the ribbon with one hand, pull the ribbon with the other

hand. Then, the ribbon rose is finished; tie it up with a

rubber band.
