Step 1:

Set your piece of paper out with the plain side facing you

Step 2:

Fold your paper diagonally so that it looks like a triangle and press down firmly along the fold line

Step 3:

Unfold your paper so that you can see your fold line

Step 4:

Similarly to step 2, folder your paper diagonally in the opposite corner and press down filrmly along the fold line

Step 5:

Unfold your paper. You’ll now notice the fold lines going in both directions, divid-ing the paper into 4 sections

Step 6:

Using the centre of the fold line as a guide, begin to fold the corners into the centre. Make sure you press down firm-ly along the fold lines

Repeat this process till all the corners are folded in

Step 7:

Repeat the same process in step 6 and begin to fold the corners into the cen-tre. Make sure you press down firmly along the fold line

Repeat this process till all the corners are folded in

Step 8:

Now turn your piece over on the other side where there are no fold marks

Step 9:

Similarly to step 6 and 7, fold the cor-ners into the centre and press down firmly along fold lines

Repeat this process till all the corners are folded in

Step 10:

With each corner you’ve just folded, you need to fold each corner outwards so that it overlaps the edge slightly but not complete-ly. Repeat this process till all the corners are folded out

Step 11:

Turn your piece over and it should look like this so far

Step 12:

Now fold the corners in the centre out-wards and press down firmly to form the outer petal

Repeat this process till all the corners are folded out

Step 13:

Now repeat step 12 for the smaller petals on the inside and be careful not to tear them when folding them out
