How to register/login to Wiley Author Services

REGISTER FOR A WILEY AUTHOR SERVICES ACCOUNT

Complete the About You section

If already registered on Wiley Author Services, click LOGIN

Simply start typing your Country into the box for suggestions to appear

Use the same email address to register that was entered when you submitted your manuscript – this ensures we can populate your dashboard with your articles

Fill in the Account Information section

If your email address is already registered, an alert will appear for you to login

Either click on the registration link in your Author Services invitation email or go to wileyauthors.com/register

Click REGISTER - if you have a Wiley Online Library account, you can use the same details to login

If we have a similar account, we will ask you if you would like to continue and REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT or LOGIN

Once registered, you will be sent a verification email in the next five minutes to the email address you supplied. If you clicked on the registration link in your invitation email, you have been automatically verified and will not receive this email

You will also receive a confirmation email that you have now been successfully verified and your registration is complete

If you would like to receive updates from Wiley, tick ‘Yes, I agree to receive Wiley publications and services, special offers, news and calls for papers via email’

To complete your registration, click REGISTER

If you do not receive your verification email after five minutes, please check your spam folder. On screen we will show you the email address you supplied, if that happens to be incorrect, contact Customer Services to update this for you at wileyauthors.com/help. You can also click RESEND if you still have not received your email

You can now click LOGIN

Click on the link in your email to verify your account

Enter a password that contains between 5-32 characters – do not include any special characters. We provide a helpful strength indicator for your password

LOGIN TO YOUR WILEY AUTHOR SERVICES ACCOUNT

If already registered, click LOGIN

Insert your email address and password - if you have a Wiley Online Library account, you can use the same details to login

You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password

Then click LOGIN

If you can not remember your password, click ‘Forgotten password’ and you will be able add your primary or recovery email address and click SEND

If you have set up security questions, the option will also appear here

Once logged in, you will be taken by default to My Dashboard

CONNECTING TO ORCID

By clicking on My Profile you can update your account information including affiliation, research funder, Wiley Open Access account, societies, interests etc

In My Profile, you can connect your ORCID account – simply click on the ORCID logo

In a new window, you can choose to either register or sign in to your ORCID account

Once you Authorize the connection, your ORCID and Wiley Author Services accounts will be linked

Wiley Author Services helps you:

• Track your article to publication• Sign the license agreement online• Order and pay for open access

publications

• Invite colleagues to view your published article

• View citation metrics for your article
