From the ASHRAE homepage: login with your email address and password.
On the Society Groups tab: Select “Chapters” then
Select “Chapter Management and Reports” from the left side
Click the Chapter’s link
View Members’ tab:
Search by name or member number
Click “Add Officer” button
Select Chapter position to add
Name will appear as shown above. After Chapter position is selected, the date automatically populates!
The following positions are automatically assigned as Chapter Administrator with the 7/31 date to maintain access of Chapter reports after June 30: Chapter President, Research Promotion, and Membership Promotion Chairs.
View Officers
CIQ lists all Chapter positions entered.
(All positions shown on this CIQ are ASHRAE Staff and are for example only)
After CIQs are complete, select “Chapter Reports”
Chapter Officer Roster: Current year Chapter positions
Chapter Information Questionnaire: Future year Chapter positions
Current Society year
Future Society year
For either year, run the Excel report, save to your computer, and you’re done!
