Next Treatment Steps

• Remove any remaining debris in sump area

• Wet all Surfaces with Water Using Trigger

• Wipe on any contaminates on surfaces.

Treat Pump Motor with Iron Ox Rust Converter

Use Disposable Paint Brush

Wait until dry – 20-30 minutes…Repeat 8

Rust Conversion Complete

Surfaces turn black.

If Surfaces are not black after treatment..either no rust or coating of some sort is

on metal surfaces. Proceed with program at this point.

Apply 24/7 Plus Corrosion Inhibitor and Lubricant

Treat With Sprayer @ 80psi

Apply 2 Coats. Spray First Coat 12 inches away from pump.

Wait 20 -30 minutes . Apply Second Coat with mist. Sprayer

has adjustable nozzle.

Results

24/7 Plus will not come off from water intrusion. Maintenance

will be easier due to corrosion free parts and lubricant. Surface

will have light tackiness and wet look.11
