How to use the Separator sizing spread-sheet.

First enter on the Diameter sheet the name of your client, the job n and the number of the separator. The date is entered automatically.

Then enter the different information required to calculate the diameter of the separator, in yellow, such as the flow rate, the temperature

As you can see, the diameter, the cross section, the inlet velocity and the outlet velocity are calculated (in blue).

The next standard diameter up is chosen automatically. You have the possibility to back calculate in order to choose a smaller size by accepting a higher dP.

On the Separator dimensions sheet, you will find the separator with all its dimensions.
