“Verify” Step and How to Successfully Complete Verification All public processes: “Sign In”, “Create Account” and “Reset Password”; have a “Verify” step. ”Verify”
step uses a service called reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA is a CAPTCHA-like system provided by Google, it
protects Owner Portal from spam and abuse, and it's designed to establish that a computer user is
human (normally in order to protect websites from bots).
Usually it’s enough to click the box labeled “I’m not a robot” to complete verification.
But sometimes it’s needed to select all squares defined by the statement on the top of an opened popup.
When you successfully complete verification a green checkmark shows and you should proceed to the next step.
If you don’t proceed to the next step on time (in next 1-2 minutes) it’ll be needed to do a new verification.
