This course will help you gain familiarity with the broad spectrum of topics covered by the HR field and increase your level of
professionalism in the industry. The Prep Course for Spring 2016 will consist of 12 class meetings which will include a unique
blend of 9 evening sessions and 3 full-day intensives. The full-day sessions will allow participants to dive deep into the most
difficult aspects of any HR certification exam – PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.

Alice Dendinger, SPHR
Instructor
Alice Dendinger, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in the
field of Human Resource Management and Organizational
Development. She started the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group in
2002 and PivotU in 2014. Through consulting, training, and
coaching, Alice has focused her work on strategic management,
organizational development, employee relations and
communication mediation and conflict resolution, performance
management; and assisting the leaders, managers, supervisors,
and direct reports at every level to “work better together.”
