What does HRMP really mean?The Human Resource Management Professional(HRMP) is a globally relevant credential thatis designed to validate management-level corehuman resource knowledge and skills.

The credential demonstrates mastery ofgenerally accepted HR principles in strategy andpolicy development as well as service delivery.Independent of geographic region, the credentialcomplements local HR practices.

Through demonstrated knowledge, the credentialenhances the credibility of HR professionals andthe organizations they serve.

Morgan International was the pioneer in bringingthe HRMP credential into the region. A long-time partner of the Society for Human ResourceManagement, Morgan piloted the program in2012 and saw the first wave of professionals passtheir HRMP exam.

Who can apply?The HRMP exam is for senior-level HR professionals mainly working in one country. HRMP candidatesare involved in talent management, strategy, service delivery, and policy-making activities.

The Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP) certification is designed for a senior HRprofessional who:

Global mobility professionals with in-house experienceare always in demand but there is increasing need forspecialist skills in reward, talent management, expat tax& immigration.
