• To access form responses, select the See responses button at the top-right of the form

– Summary- view a graph/visual for each question– Spreadsheet- view the spreadsheet data

Create new > Form

Existing spreadsheet: Form menu >Create a form

From a template: Create new > From template…

Form Settings: Notification Rules• Notifications available for spreadsheets- NOT documents• Determine criteria for notification

• Go to Form menu > uncheck Accepting responses

Select Forms• Can use public templates,

view templates recently used, and upload your own form to the public gallery

• Create and/or modify your own Google form– modify permissions– add different question types– include branching– modify submission– embed into another application

• Set visibility (private versus public) and permissions (viewing versus editing)
