This unique Huisman 45 Aluminium Yawl is a fantasitc looking eye catche and benefits from a full
refit from 2006 until 2008 at famous Walstedt yard in Denmark. The owner didn´t spare no effort to
bring DIOTIMA back in better than new condition. DIOTIMA was built at Royal Huisman NL for the
famous Hennessey-Family in 1970 and is a Diamond on the water and a must see for yachting
entusiasts and a demanding new owner. DIOTIMA combines outstanding quality, seaworthiness

Generelle Information:
Built in 1969 / 70 for famous Hennessy-family USA at Royal Huisman/ Holland, equipped at Ohlsen in Gothenborg and in the USA, drawings and full history available
1982 sold and taken to Germany by her 2nd owner
Current owner (German) owns the yacht since 2004
2006-2008 substantial refit at Walsted Denmark. Just before the refit, the hull was sand blasted and got new AWL-Grip painting at WREDE Germany
In 2012 all deck and superstructure wooden pieces etc were new painted AWLSpar by a boat yard
