Designed for use where minimum drift an-choring is required---The new Jim Buoy Tidemaster Anchoring System will help to stabi-lize and maintain position for all Jim BuoyChannel Markers and Regulatory Buoys withminimum drift to either side during tidalmovement and current flow.How it works: The unique design, (seesketch) incorporates a stainless steel cable (1),that is attached to the buoy anchor (2), andthen passes through the stainless steelbracket/ pulley assembly hooked to the baseof the buoy (3). The other end of the cable isfastened to a 40 lb. counterweight (4). Duringactual use,the counterweight shifts up anddown in response to tidal movementsandcur-rent flow and the buoy’s position remains rel-atively unaffected. Model #300 ---- Includes complete stainless steelsuspension system with bronze pulleys and at-tachment arm with 3 heavy-duty nylon thimbles toprevent electrolysis at all connections and a 40 lb.counterweight. Also included and charged by thefoot is the 1/8” diam. #316 alloy, stainless steelcable. The length of cable required is determinedby the depth of the water at the highest tide plus 4feet. Cal-June, inc. will cut and swage loops on bothends of the cable for easy attachment at no charge.

Designed for use where minimum drift an-choring is required---The new Jim Buoy Tidemaster Anchoring System will help to stabi-lize and maintain position for all Jim BuoyChannel Markers and Regulatory Buoys withminimum drift to either side during tidalmovement and current flow.How it works: The unique design, (seesketch) incorporates a stainless steel cable (1),that is attached to the buoy anchor (2), andthen passes through the stainless steelbracket/ pulley assembly hooked to the baseof the buoy (3). The other end of the cable isfastened to a 40 lb. counterweight (4). Duringactual use,the counterweight shifts up anddown in response to tidal movementsandcur-rent flow and the buoy’s position remains rel-atively unaffected.
