The Hunter Economic Zone is prime industrial land located in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. Privately owned and supported by local government and state initiatives, it offers businesses the flexibility to purchase or lease fully serviced industrial land between 1-120 hectares.

Ideally suited to light or general industries – and with authorisation for 24/7 operation – HEZ also offers the opportunity to purchase or lease buildings built to your specifications, along with financial structuring to suit your operational and cash flow requirements.

At the centre of Australia’s heavily populated east coast, HEZ is supported by a growing economy and a booming region that boasts a fantastic climate, beautiful surroundings and a population that enjoys a relaxing coastal and rural lifestyle.

On completion, HEZ businesses are expected to employ over 26,000 people directly and indirectly, with an annual turnover of $3.2 billion, while contributing $1.1 billion annually to the regional economy through wages and salaries.
