II- hng dn s dng cu o tg( loi p5026

Tt c cc nhn vin trc khi s dng thit b , phi c k quyn hng dn s dng, nm vng cch u ni v thc hin cc bin php an ton, trnh t tin hnh cng vic nh sau:

III- Qui trnh s dng ODEN-AT

th ptmt v My ct h th c In 2000 A

I/ Cng tc chun b v thao tc trn ODEN-AT.

1. Tip a v ODEN-AT bng dy chuyn dng.

2. Ni cc khi to dng trn ODEN-AT theo s ni tip hoc song song cc khi. ( C th dng mt khi dn khi cc khi khc khng s dng tch ra khng ni ti khi iu khin ).

3. Ni ngun 380VAC ti ODEN -AT thng qua gic cm ngun chuyn dng.

4. Khi ng ODEN-AT bng cng tc nm pha bn tri khi iu khin. Quan st cc qut lm mt ca khi to dng phi u lm vic.

5. Ni u ra dng ca ODEN-AT ti ptmt c th nghim.

6. Cc thao tc trn khi iu khin khi th ptmt ca ODEN-AT nh sau:

6.1 n ch bo OPERATE OFF ( Khng sng ).

6.2 Phn iu chnh dng ra CURRENT ADJUST v tr thp nht( Gi tr nh hn gi tr dng ct ca ptmt c th nghim ).

6.3 n nm HOLD n Led sng.

6.4 n nm AUTO OFF n Led STOP INPUT sng.

6.5 n nm pha tri trong mng STOP INPUT chn INTn Led sng.

6.6 n Led HIGHT I mng OUTPUT sng ( khng chn 0-30 V/ 60 ).

6.7 Chn ch lm vic mng OUTPUT. n nm chn ch lm vic theo s u ra ca ODEN-AT, cc khi to dng ni tip "SERIES " hay song song " PARALLEL ", khi chn ch no th n Led ch th ch s sng.

6.8 Bt ptmt F2 t v tr ct " O " sang v tr ng " I ".

6.9 Vic to dng bt u bng vic n nm ON+TIME n Led OPERATE sng. tng dng u ra bng cch s dng cc nm tng th "COARSE" v chnh tinh "FINE". Dng c tng cho n khi ptmt c th lm vic,khi n Led LATCHED trong mng STOP INPUT s sng.

6.10 Khi ptmt c th nghim ct gi tr dng ct v thi gian ct c lu gi trn mn hnh ch th. c cc gi tr v lu li.

II/ Cc ch khi s dng ODEN-AT.

IV- Qui trnh s dng A - 70

I/ Cng dng.

A-70 dng th nghim cch in cc thit b in rn v lng nh: Cp lc,s cch in,chng st, du cch in...Bng dng in xoay chiu 50 Hz hoc in p tng cao mt chiu qua n chnh lu. Ngoi ra A-70 cn dng th nghim trong phng th nghim.

II/ Ch dn an ton.

Khi lm vic vi A-70 phi thc hin y cc qui phm k thut an ton in nh my in v trm in.

III/ Cng tc chun b trc khi th nghim.

III.1-B tr ni t my gn i tng th nghim, tuy nhin cn ch m bo khong cch an ton theo qui trnh KTAT in.Kim tra my th cn nguyn vn, sn sng trc khi ng in.

III.2-Ni t ti v my,so phng in i tng th,m np pha trn my.

III.3-T hp s th nghim theo yu cu cng vic th nghim.

IV/ Tin hnh th nghim.

VI.1-Ni i tng th vi my th v tch tip t ra khi i tng th v cc cao p ca A-70,cm ngun cp cho A - 70,y np pha trn my.

IV.2-Thng bo cho mi ngi tham gia cng tc bit" Bt u ng in". Khng ai c li gn ro chn khu vc th nghim. Kim tra tay quay iu chnh in p ca A-70 quay ngc chiu kim ng h v v tr "0".

IV.3-ng ptmt cp ngun n tn hiu phi sng.Dng tay quay A-70 quay theo chiu kim ng h nng t t in p ti gi tr th nghim. Duy tr in p th vi thi gian thch hp theo yu cu i tng th nghim.

IV.4-Ht thi gian th nghim dng tay quay gim in p v "0"bng cch quay tay quay theo chiu ngc chiu kim ng h n tn cng gii hn cui. Ct ptmt ngun dng so phng in t ln i tng th phng ht in tch v tip a u cao p A-70.

IV.5- Cng vic th nghim c xem l tt nu trong qu trnh th nghim khng c hin tng phng in, khng c st p hoc hin tung tng dng t ngt, ghi kt qu th nghim, gi tr in p , dng ( nu c ), thi gian th v tnh trng thit b.

IV.6-Tho d s th nghim tr li hin trng nh lc trc khi tin hnh th nghim (Thc hin hon tt th tc phiu cng tc theo ng QTATKT)

V- Hng dn s dng bo dng AII - 70

1. Chc nng nhim v:

1.1. My kiu AII ( - 70 ( trong ny gi l my ) c chc nng th nghim cp lc v in mi rn bng In p chnh lu, v cng th nghim in mi rn bng in p xoay chiu hnh sin tn s 50 Hz , 60 Hz.

1.2. My c thit k lm vic di mi tre hoc lm vic mi trng khng kh t -10 n + 400 C, m tng i 80% nhit +200C v p xut kh quyn 84 n 106,7 KPa ( 630 n 800 mmHg )..

2. Thng s k thut:

2.1. in p ngun mt pha xoay chiu 220 ( 11 V.

2.2. Thng s ca my in p chnh lu trong ch lu di khi gi tr in p nh mc ca mng:

1- in p lm vic ln nht ( KV ) : 70

2- Dng in lm vic ln nht, gi tr trung bnh: (mA) : 12

2.3. Thng s ca my in p xoay chiu trong ch lu di khi gi tr nh mc ca in p mng.

1- in p lm vic ln nht gi tr hiu dng ( KV ) : 50

2- Dng lm vic ln nht, gi tr hiu dng ( mA ): 20

2.4. Thng s ca my in p xoay chiu trong ch lm vic ngn hn lp li vi thi gian ng ( IIB ) 17% vi di chu trnh l 6 pht gi tr nh mc ca in p li.

1- Gi tr hiu dng in p xoay chiu lm vic ln nht ( KV ) : 50

2- Dng lm vic ln nht, gi tr hiu dng ( mA ): 45

2.5. Cng sut yu cu khng ln hn 3 KVA.

2.6. Trng lng ( kg ) khng ln hn:

1- Bng iu khin : 14

2- Ngun in p th nghim : 35

2.7. Kch thc cho H.1 v H.2

2.8. S liu ph kin a ra phn ph lc.

3. Hp b km theo.

3.1. Hp b tng ng cho trong bng.

4. Kt cu v nguyn tc lm vic:

4.1. Kt cu.

4.1.1. Kt cu ca my c thc hin dng di ng ri gia ngun in p th nghim v khi iu khin.

4.1.2. Ngun in p th nghim ( H.1) bao gm my bin p cao p, cng tc cao p, in tr cao p v n chnh lu t trong thng y du bin p.

R le KV1 dng thay i in tr, mch sun ca dng c o PV1, in tr cun sun r le KA1, cng nh mch sun ca dng c o PA1 v PA2 khi lm vic ngun p xoay chiu.

dung cp v cc i tng th nghim khc c phng qua cun th cp ca MBA TV3 n t. Khi in tch cn d c th c kim tra bng Kilovon PV1.

Khi tch my khi mng bng kho SA1 ng QK1 chm u ra cao p XT2 ca ngun in p th nghim v nh vy cng ni t i tng th nghim.

5. Ch dn an ton:

5.1. Trc khi tin hnh lm vic trn my cn ni t chc chn ngun in p th nghim bng dy dn bng ng tit din li khng nh hn 4mm2. Ni t khi iu khin c thc hin nh cc cc ni ca cp.

Lm vic thiu ni t rt nguy him!

5.2. Cm lm vic trn my vi dao ngn mch hng v n tn hiu khng sng.

5.3. Trc khi mc my ti mng ngun in p th nghim cn t khi iu khin cch ngun cao p khng nh hn 3m.

5.4. Cm ng my vo mng cng nh ngun in p th nghim khong cch nh hn 3m t ngun in p th nghim ti khi iu khin.

5.5. Trc khi ng ngun in p chnh lu cn tin tng rng ng h Kilovon t ng tng ng dng ti ( X.XO( hoc KAbE(b ).

5.6. Sau khi kt thc cng vic th nghim cn iu chnh bng tay in p th nghim quay n ngc chiu chuyn ng ca kim ng h t vo v tr cui n nt " .O " ct in p th nghim v ch sau mi tch my khi mng, ct kho v v tr 0. Kim tra sau khi phng in tch trn in dung v i tng cn quan st s ch KV ca my, kim ca KV cn v v tr " 0 " cui vch khc ng h.

5.7. Trc khi tch i tng th nghim khi ngun bng mt thng quan st dao ngn mch phi chm u ra cao p.

5.8. Tt c cc iu trn, lm vic, vn hnh v bo dng k thut ca my cn phi c hun luyn, nhng phng php lm vic an ton trn my ny v nhng hiu bit tng ng " Qui tc k thut vn hnh nh my in " v " Qui tc k thut an ton khi vn hnh tram yu cu ".

5.9. Ch lm vic ca my cn phi m bo an ton chng chy. Theo (OCT 12.1004.76.

5.10. Khi my khng lm vic c bit cha kho phi c gi nhn vin vn hnh.

6. Chun b my a vo lm vic:

6.1. Khi m my xem xt k cng v lau chi sch s cc chi tit c bi m bo qun bng sng v sau lau sch bng r lau kh.

6.2. Vn 4 long en (H1) bt tay nm vi v ngun in p th nghim, xit cht vng m chn u ra cao p vi v.

6.3. Khi cn thit lau chi nh bng vi mn v xng u ra cao p v ngun in p th nghim. Bt chc chn dy ni t vi u ni t ca my v h thng ni t.

6.4. Kch thc chnh khe h gia cc cc phng in, khe h cn phi gii hn t 0,3 n 0,5 mm.

6.5. Lc nn tip xc dao tip t vi u ra cao p khng c nh hn 50(. o lc cn s dng ng h p lc ko.

6.6. Kim tra k cng bi m cun in t ng ct ngn mch phi lm vic tt. ( H4 ).

7. Trnh t lm vic:

7.1. B tr lp t my.

7.1.1. t ngun in p th nghim ( trong ny gi l ngun ) gn i tng c th nghim. Ni i tng th nghim vo u ra cao p ca ngun.

7.1.2. Ni t ngun dng c bng dy dn bng ng tit dn 4mm2.

7.1.3. Ni cp ngun ti bng iu khin tng ng vi cc gic cm.

7.1.4. khi iu khin ca my cch ngun khong cch khng nh hn 3m.

7.1.5. Mc khi iu khin ti mng ngun v ni t n nh cp ca my.

Lm vic khng ni t rt nguy him.!

7.2.Tin hnh th nghim.

7.2.1. Nhng ngi c mt khi th nghim cn ng cch ngun th nghim v i tng th nghim khong cch khng nh hn 3m.

7.2.2. Lp cha kho vo khi iu khin v ng vo v tr cn thit tng ng vi dng in p th nghim, khi n tn hiu xanh phi sng.

7.2.3. Khi lm vic in p chnh lu ( - ) trnh nhm u ra t pha ngun cng nh o ng i lng in p th nghim cn theo di trn KV.

7.2.4. Quay nm iu chnh in p th nghim ngc chiu chuyn ng ca kim ng h t n v v tr gii hn cui.

7.2.5.ng in p th nghim n nt " ( " khi n phi sng.

7.2.6. Quay nm iu chnh in p th nghim theo hng chuyn ng ca kim ng h v quan st s ch Kilovon t i lng cn thit ca in p th nghim. Khi th nghim i tng in dung cn nh rng sau khi ngng quay nm iu chnh in p, in p th nghim trn i rng tip tc tng ( Kim ca Kilovonmet tip tc lch ) theo mc tch in ca in dung.

8. Bo dng k thut:

8.1. Mt ln trong mt nm tin hnh cc cng vic xem 6.2 ( 6.6 cng thi gian kim tra du MBA. Xc nh in p chc thng theo (OCT 6581 - 75. Nu in p nh thng thp hn 35 KV phi thay du, du mi c in p nh thng khng di 55 KV. Sau khi dt du mi khng c y cht np y kh thot ra ngoi. Ch ng in sau khi thay du 24 gi.

8.4. Kim tra thang o kilovon ca my

8.4.1. Mt ln trong nm kim tra thang o Kilovon ca my.

8.4.2. kim tra cn vnmet in p xoay chiu gii hn 250 V, cp chnh xc 0,5, Kilovon kiu C100, t in vi in dung khng nh hn 70 KV.

8.4.3. Trc khi tin hnh kim tra cn m np pha sau khi iu khin ni lng vt hng kp 3 v 4 ( nh du 19 v 20 Hnh 3 ) t cc u vt ny ni ti vn met ngoi.

8.4.4. Khi kim tra cn xem xt tt c cc yu cu mc 7 trong l lch.

8.4.5. Kim tra thang o Kilovon in p xoay chiu.

8.4.5.1.Dng Kilovon C100 mt u ni ti u ra ngun p v mt u ni t lm ng h mu.

8.4.6. Kim tra khc trn thang o in p chnh lu khi t kho "KV" v v tr " KAbE(b ".

8.4.6.1. T u ra cao p ca ngun ni ti Kilovon C100 v t ( mc 8.4.2. ) u kia ca t v Kilovon ni t.

8.4.7. Kim tra thang o in p chnh lu khi t kho Kilovon v v tr " " X.XO( ".

8.4.7.1. ng in p th nghim chnh lu, iu chnh in p t trn vn met nh gi tr ghi c 8.4.5.2. Nu khi kim Kilovon ca my khng nm vch 70 KV ca thang o "-" th iu chnh R5 a kim Kilovon ca my v 70 KV.
