Marketing Manager/Representative

Update Phase II Database with marketing manager/

reps contact detailsContact Marketing Manager/Rep, introduce yourself

and propose the sponsorship

If they say theyre not interested, try to persuade a little.

If theyre really a NO, stop. Indicate on Phase II

Database that they said No.

If theyre interested, send them the package proposal:

in person, through fax, by emailed

If theyre still unsure, try your best to get them to agree.

Theyre already headed there.

If they say YES, tell me right away! Well work on the

MOA. :) Either way, update the Database with their

response.
