SLIDEWAY LUBRICANTS BAPCO Salis Available in ISO VG 68, 220

High quality lubricants developed to meet the lubrication requirements of high production modern machine tool slideways and tables. They are formulated from high quality refined mineral base stocks in combination with EP additives, friction modifiers, corrosion and rust inhibitors and tackiness additives in order to sufficiently lubricate and cover moving parts at all times.

HEAT TRANSFER OILS BAPCO Thermic Available in ISO VG 32, 46, 68

Supreme quality heat transfer fluids meant for use in indirect heating systems. They are thermally stable and offers extended service life without oxidative or thermal degradation, viscosity increase or deposit formation. Due to high specific heat and thermal conductivity, there is more rapid heat dissipation and flowability at low temperatures which ensures rapid circulation during the start-up. It is usable where the maximum bulk oil temperature does not go beyond 315oC for closed systems, and for where temperature does not exceed 180oC for open heating systems.

Extreme-pressure lithium complex, high temperature grease formulated for a wide range of applications and operating conditions. Its extreme pressure characteristic makes it a good fit in lubricating heavily loaded mechanical components commonly found in vehicles for transportation as well as vehicles and machineries used in construction, mining and agriculture. It is designed for both light and heavy industrial greasing applications where the performance of conventional greases is limited. Polyurea based high temperature grease formulated with rust and oxidation inhibitors, designed for the lubrication of high temperature ball and roller bearings. It is suitable for anti-friction bearings operating under extended periods at 177oC and remains functional at temperature as low as -30oC.

It is recommended for all types of grease-lubricated plain and anti-friction bearings, especially pre-packed and sealed-for-life bearings at elevated temperatures and/or high speeds and where contact with water is likely. It is also suitable for applications involving moderate to high speeds and moderate loads, dryer roll bearings, oven conveyor bearings, rotary steam joints, inducted draft fan bearings, electric motor bearings, commercial roof top air conditioning joints and equipment adjacent to high radiant heat sources.

BAPCO Tashim HT Available in NLGI 2, 3

High-temperature inorganic thickener based grease formulated with oxidation, and corrosion and rust inhibitors. It is developed for application in industrial machinery operating at very high temperatures, as it does not soften and melt at high temperatures and the inertness of the thickener means the grease is also applicable where exposure to contaminants such as water may occur, including in marine and chemical industries. It is operable between -15°C to 160°C.

It is suited for use in heavy duty equipment operating at severe conditions such as on heavily loaded ball and roller bearings and sliding surfaces found in steel or aluminium production facilities, kilns, furnaces, paper and glass manufacturing facilities among others.
