THE EXHIBITION THEME

• The theme for the exhibition would be Barnes Wallis’ inventions during World War II, for example the bouncing bomb and the R100. It could be held at The Shire Hall in Howden, which is where Barnes Wallis was born and inventing during the war.

THE LOCATION

• The location would be The Shire Hall in Howden as this is in the town where Barns Wallis grew up and died. It is also the only area in Howden that could hold it.

THE INSTALLATION IDEA

• The idea is to project archive footage of bouncing bombs in action onto a actual bouncing bomb.
