• Dynamic Pricing– Speeds are being maintained– Transit reports no impact on operations
• Enforcement– Very low violation rate– Technology aiding in enforcement
• Access points– Relatively low violation of striping
• Customer Service– Satisfaction with usability of system and reasonable
pricing
Operations Changes
• Hours changed for Diamond Lane– Changed on June 9th – AM: Tolled Eastbound 6 AM to 10 AM– PM: Tolled Westbound 2 PM to 7 PM– Reversible road section always tolled for SOVs
• Auxiliary lane construction– Westbound from Hwy 100 to Hwy 169– Two lane exit to Hwy 169/General Mills– Started August 22nd, complete late November
