Since joining BB&T in 2015, Citrano has led a team of Commercial Real Estate bankers who are responsible for the growth and management of its regional real estate loan portfolio. The CRE team is primarily engaged in the origination of construction, development and mini-permanent loans that include all commercial asset classes encompassing multi-family, office, industrial and retail properties. She’s held marketing and business development leadership roles for Enterprise Florida and the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce. Sherry was recently named among Consultant Connect’s 2018 Top 50 Economic Developers in North America. Prior to joining Prologis he was the global director at Signature Flight Support, overseeing a global real estate portfolio of over 45 million square feet of land, approximately 1 billion worth of vertical assets and approximately 1,400 customers. Paul and his team are developing a 10 acre site located at Exit 28 of Interstate 4 into Central Florida’s number 1 destination for Ice Hockey, Figure skating and Ice related sports.
