I am very busy sorry will give it to you today….!!! The “TODAY” went longer than a month, or may be two to submit this particular article. I was busy true, but with activity I was not productive in course of completing the activity which meant I was effectively free. Life is complicated as we analyze it and not live it; we analyze life and complicate it, the complication makes us unhappy or not so happy. We at toastmasters are just like diamonds, we worry that this project did not go well or I could have given a better judgment and more….. But remember that diamonds cannot be polished without friction. The friction or the hurdles is what turns a piece of carbon into diamond, hurdles and experience facing hurdles makes us better though it may be bitter to start with. Experience is the best teacher it gives us the litmus test first and then starts to teach the lessons. If you look outside for help you will not find it, help is with-in us, with closed eyes look inside it shows us the path we have to travel. Things are crystal clear. In my previous term as a president I tasted my own success by completing CC manual and achieving 5 DCP points (2 less than planned), does it end there? There is a humongous gap from success and satisfaction, I was not satisfied not because we did not go to 7 DCP points but I did not get everyone onboard when I set road for my way. As a leader I wanted response from everyone not just from selected few. Now is the time to take everyone onboard, Swami Vivekananda always said, “Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go, count your blessing and not what you are missing.” I look forward to help Saurabh (Current President) to take the club forward and beat ourselves rather than look at someone and set a goal. Focus not just on beating 5 DCP points but bring in everyone to participate in the meeting. Even the last man you meet before you die will have some information to teach you, so try and squeeze it out for it may help somebody, anybody or everybody.

I just want my fellow club mates and all toastmasters, face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence (Which I am sure every toastmaster will). Prepare for your future without fear.

There are no wasted chances, it’s called experience. Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve not a problem to resolve.

Life is wonderful all you have to do is know how to live let live and learn how to give.

At last Just remember don’t forget past because I am Immediate PAST President.
