Parenting is the number one influence on a child’s success or failure in life based on nurture.

I believe this because not all your actions in life is based on your genetics.

Actions;Your actions are mostly based on what's

going on around you.

Example: “A naturally aggressive person might be made more passive by peaceful parents.”

Influences.People learn ideas from everyone around

them, for example:

If a child is around a parent or adult that smokes they can get ideas from seeing them doing it, which could lead to the child trying it out.

EducationIf you are around the right people you

tend to do better and not do dumb things.

“A brilliant child who was never encouraged could easily wind up holding many extremely stupid and idiotic beliefs.”

Emotions“A person naturally inclined towards

optimism can easily be converted to a pessimist if the circumstance of his or her childhood were difficult.”

CareersIf a parent is a professional business

person the child will most likely become a profession business person. If the parent is a blue collared person the child will most likely follow in their footsteps.

Fitness & HealthIf the people around you are always

working out and eating healthy you will be more inclined to workout and eat healthy too.
