Introduction

During the fall of 2005, a single hole diamond drilling program was undertaken as drill hole DR-05-01 within claim 4206974. This hole was the first to be drilled within this relatively unexplored portion of Keefer Township where the geology is mapped as being predominantly Tonalite in composition and thus has had minimal exposure to exploration initiatives. The targeting was undertaken as a blind stratigraphy test to examine rock characteristics at depth within an area adjacent to a large hill forming rock outcropping containing widespread sulphide bearing, quartz-epidote veining within a regional tonalite host environment.

The purpose of this drill hole was to test for the presence of possible extensions to the greenstone belt to the immediate south, which may underlie the tonalite within a few kilometers or so to the north of the contact between the two structures. As well, the target area lies approximately half way in-between the greenstone/tonalite contact horizon to the south, and Star Lake to the north, where historical exploration in the mid 1960's centered on the previous discovery of a Nickel, Copper float of which its bedrock origin has yet to be explained.

Subsequent too this drill hole, a follow-up Induced Polarization survey was performed over the eastern portion of the hill size outcropping to test for any geophysical responses which may indicate subsurface mineralization related to the quartz/epidote veining. A moderate chargeability conductor with associated resistivety and magnetic responses within the mid-eastern portion of the large hill outcropping was returned. Recommendations are that this drill hole be followed up with a second which would test the Induced Polarization conductor at depth. Results from this second drill target will assist in gaining a better understanding of the project areas overall potential for more advanced work.

Location and Access

The Denton Resources, "Keefer North" property is located in the east central portion of Keefer Township which is part of the Porcupine Mining Division, district of Cochrane in Northeastern Ontario. More specifically, it is situated just north of Hwy 101 approximately 35 kilometers west of the city of Timmin's and 1 Kilometer due west of the Star Lake road turnoff. The White Birch Restaurant forms a landmark for this access road just west of the Denton-Keefer Township line.

Access to the property for drill hole location is best explained by way of proximity to grid locality created for the Induced Polarization survey performed subsequently to the diamond drilling program. At approximately 1200 meters west along Highway 101 from the Star Lake access road, a south trending logging road serves as an appropriate parking area for further travel into the project area. From this point and approximately 100 meters west on the north side of the highway, an extension path leading south to the highway from grid point 0+00, becomes the access entry portal into the project area.

Walking north along line 0+00 leads to an unmarked east-west trending cross line positioned just south of station 5+00N (approximately 4+ 75N). Traveling west along this line through the grid area for approximately 600 meters brings one to the area of the drill collar setting situated 10 meters north.

Property

The property area referred to in this report consists of one staked mining claim consisting of 6 units. The claim group is contiguous and adjacent to the primary exploration holdings of Denton Resources Ltd identified as the 'Galata option" which has served as the basis for regional exploration history adjacent to the project area.

Mineral Exploration History

Mineral exploration history for assessment eligible verification within the immediate project area is non existent as is the case in most of Keefer Township. Due to the predominantly tonalitic geological environment available for exploration in this township, historical exploration has focused within the southern half in close proximity to highway 101. Aside from its historical logistical relationship to that of the Star Lake Nickel Float exploration initiatives undertaken by Hollinger Consolidated Gold Mines Ltd. during the spring of 1965 and the Newmont workings 5 kilometers to the west, the immediate area has exhibited an almost barren region of claim coverage historically. The Hollinger program, which formed at least part of the rational to enter into this area, consisted of a line

cutting supported magnetometer survey which was carried out between March 30th and April 18th in an attempt to locate a possible bedrock source environment for a large 9 foot diameter Nickel, Copper float which was buried in a sand esker just south of Star Lake. The Newmont Canada claim holdings in 1985, which were historically located to the immediate east of the current project area boundary, were the subject of a significant diamond drilling program albeit, several miles away in Denton and Carscallen Townships.

The Galata claims option to the immediate south of the current project area has been the only claim holdings where continual exploration activities have taken place since 1985 as well as the majority of filed assessment work within Keefer Township since that time. This property area resides predominantly within the Deloro and Tisdale geological sequences and therefore offers minimal exploration returns on a relational level.

Diamond Drilling Overview

Diamond drilling within the subject area was initiated to test at depth, rock characteristics and stratigraphy within an area of influence in close proximity to the greenstone-tonalite contact horizon within central Keefer Township. In this area characteristically, the close proximity of intruding granitic batholiths/plutons to that of greenstone trends. particularly exemplified by the Carleton Pluton intruding the Deloro greenstone setting within Carscallen Township to the immediate north-east, have shown to be of great influence in the existence of gold bearing contact horizons between the two structures. The existence of sulphide mineralized, quartz-epidote bearing tonalite being evident within one kilometer of these contact horizons gives credence to the proposal that such environments may exist in this area as well as the Carscallen setting to the north­east. Considering that the Deloro-Batholithic sequence which forms the gold bearing separative environment in Carscallen Township that also forms that present in Keefer Township, strengthens the exploration virtues of the project area for similar returns.

Examination of the area on a prospecting level, which will form the basis for additional assessment reporting within the current project area, had also revealed outcroppings of stringer quartz vein bearing Basalts just west of the selected drill hole spotting. Such outcroppings which occur within close proximity of the greenstone/granite contact horizon are of specific interest and as such, represented a favorable area for what was essentially a blind drill hole testing of the region falling in-between the Basalt and Quartz-Epidote veined tonalite outcroppings.

A single 161.5 meter deep diamond drill hole of BQ dimension at an angle of 75 degrees with an azimuth of 180 degrees was thus undertaken. Drill core returned from the program was predominantly granitic in composition over the full length of the drill hole with minimal sulphide mineralization. Due to the blind nature of the drill hole environment as well as the depth of granite potentially overlying a greenstone base being uncertain, the depth of 161.5 meters was decided upon as the termination point.

Conclusion:

The diamond drill hole program was unsuccessful in determining the presence of a environment which could be viewed as representing a possible contact horizon of nearby greenstone underlying the tonalite sequence. The lack of any distinct geological indications in the drill core that could demonstrate proximity to such a structure shows that the overlying tonalite could be either very thick, or may lay adjacent to the drill trajectory.

Recommendation:

The implementation of an Induced Polarization survey is recommended to aid in the detection of possible sulphide enriched sections within this predominately tonalite hosted environment prior to the consideration of undertaking additional drill holes. The realized uncertainty of the tonalite depth overlying or being adjacent to a possible greenstone base makes continuance of the current drill unreliable and as such, the drill testing of areas in proximity to even locally outcropping greenstone (Basalt) formations in this area is also deemed too unreliable prior to geophysical assistance.

The surface prospecting for additional, more pronounced outcroppings of greenstone (Basalts) is also recommended. Such outcroppings are valuable in determining which areas may represent more favorable horizons along the greenstone/tonalite contact which could be subjected to the above induced polarization survey coverage.
