1. Teams must be accompanied by Managers and the Managers must bring with them eliglbility particulars,

tdentitycards(meantforsportspurposes),authorityletter,copiesofD.M.c.ofl0+2(incaseof players

studying in Undergraduate ctasses) and that of L0+2 and Graduation (in case of players studying

in p.G. classes) duly signed/attested by the Principal otherwise the team shall not be allowed to

participate.

2, Teams must be in their proper dress.

3, Organlzing Secretary is authorlzed to change the thing (s) of the match (es), if needed in view of local

situation, under !ntimation to this office.

4. ln case of"any protest during the tournament against any player (s)/Team (s) of a College, the Organizing

Secretary of the Tournament will arrange a photograph of the Player (s)/Team (s), in addition to other

procedure followed in case of a protest.
