What is the Fellowship Program?
+Fast-track experience encourages participants to find their niche at ICANN
+Provides community and staff networking opportunities

+New to ICANN community OR engaged at some level but not fully participating
+Limited ability to attend ICANN meetings without support
+Citizen of low, lower-middle or upper-middle income economy as determined by World Bank
+Citizen of SIDS (small island developing states) classified as developing and least developed by United Nations
