Note: evening events are open to delegates, team members and spouses. Children will not be allowed to take part in the evening events.

The hands-on experience adds a different dimension to learning; enabling first-hand familiarity with important

techniques and surgical aspects of the exciting new products introduced in our lectures.

Hands-on workshops are held by leading MIS experts for an additional fee*. These workshops are extremely popular however space is limited (up to 30 participants per session).

Therefore it is advisable to complete registration and payment in advance.

Attendees will receive a Certificate of Participation for the Hands-on workshop.

The participation fee for the Global Conference includes:

▪ 2-day scientific meeting, Certificate of Participation and conference bag

▪ Continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks during lectures days - will be served at the Atlantis Conference Hall.

▪ Invitation to evening events – Welcome Opening Event & Closing Party (Additional charge for spouse)

▪ Transportation between airport and the Atlantis Resort hotels. (additional information in

transportation section)

Accommodations

Since number of rooms in each hotel is limited, confirmation is subject to room availability upon reservation.

The Cove's main pool access is limited to hotel guests over 18 years old. Other pool facilities are open to children.

The Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island includes several hotels which you may select from for

your stay. Rooms are being offered at a special discounted rate for MIS Global Conference

participants. All conference participants (delegates, distributors etc.) may choose of

one of following allocated hotels:

4 Star Hotels Royal TowersCoral Towers

Complimentary transportation will be available as follows:

▪ Arrival February 8th: From Nassau Airport to Atlantis Resort.

▪ Departure February 11th: From Atlantis Resort to Nassau Airport.

▪ No further transportation is necessary within the Atlantis Resort,

as all of the events are within a short walking distance

Transportation

Exact shuttle schedule will be released at a later date.

Shuttle transport will be available on February 7th for delegates participating in the scheduled workshops.**

Extended vacations: The Atlantis Resort will allow an extended stay at the same conference rates upon request and availability. The request for an extended vacation should be provided during

conference registration.

Flights: All travel arrangements should be made by the individual delegate and are not provided by MIS.

Early registration: Secure your place at the Global Conference! Considering that a large audience is expected and

places are limited, early registration is advisable and may be easily arranged through your local

MIS representative.
