Nature of AudienceLocal – residents of New York attend the event to find the latest designer furnishings for their New York homes, whether it be Manhattan penthouse apartments, a Greenwich townhouse, Brooklyn lofts or studio in Soho. The event must cater for all different residents of New York, thus taking into consideration different cultures and lifestyles.Public – the event is open to the public and will consist of various stands showcasing the newest trends in home furniture, from Interior Designers such as: EXTEX; Impex Lighting; Kennedy; and Röshults.

Visiting – there will be no residential accommodation required, as it is an event for local New Yorkers, however if attendees wish to stay, hotels nearby will be recommended in the programme.

Space RequiredThe main event itself will take part in a single-spaced room at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Manhattan. The chosen room is the Vanderbilt Room on the lobby level as this will cater for disabled attendees also – making it easier for everyone. Breakout rooms will also be available with refreshments and light snacks, although some home décor stands will be giving away freebies.
