Add a New code, 'STAAR Online', with an Alternate code type = ARD Code. This process removes the older codes from the drop down and adds the new one.

The report has been changed to only look at Test Types with an Alternate Code type = ARD Code. This will enable these reports to display the appropriate titles dynamically and eliminate the need for programming changes in the future.

This statement will start to display in the marking periods 6/15/15 or later as the first prior marking periods starts prior to the goal/objective start date.

Goals, objective or benchmarks will now display only when the marking period is on or after the start date.

The ability to change a Progress Reporting date, even if data exists for that progress date, is now available for administrators. This will enable administrators to change the progress due to snow storms for example. A warning message will appear advising this will change the reporting date for all students using that template.

A report change has been made to include printing of all periods, including final, when the Print as of Date is greater than the IEP range. For Example: My IEP went from 10/28/13 - 4/7/14, printing with as of today, 10/21/16, printed all periods including 'Final'. I did not have to enter the original end date of the amended IEP. Using a print as of date of 4/4/14, progress will only print up to that date.

A new extract file has been added to find all students within the reporting date range with an Enrollment type of Special Education, Alternate Code = SE. You can select specific related services (or leave blank for all) , include Transportation and select finalized records only or all student records.

Fields include Student Name, ID, State ID (Alternate Code = SASID), Placement (Primary and Non-Primary), Start/End dates, Placement Names, Location/Length/Level of Intervention, Case Manager and Related Services with Frequency/Duration.

Evaluation/Re-Evaluation Has Expired for a student: This option can now indicate how far back a notification should fire for active students. If a new evaluation has been created but is not yet finalized, this rule would still fire until finalization to alert the user there is no current form in place.

Form Has expired: A new option now provides the ability to indicate how far back a notification should fire when a form is missing or a new form exists but has not yet finalized. For example, entering 365 'Historical days to search' would make the system look back for only one year. This eliminates historical un-finalized forms from being reported.

•

Progress Reporting Past Due: If you do not wish Progress Reporting to send a reminder for an IEP that starts x number of days (ie 30 days) before the next progress reporting period, entering a number in 'Low Day' will count the days and determine whether to skip this marking period for that student and not send a message. Historical days identifies how far back it should report missing progress.

PDF Streaming Updated PDF streaming to always pull the latest PDF. In the event that a form has been finalized and then unlocked, it will still display that latest PDF instead of reverting to the previous PDF (ie last year). PLUS360 NotificationFixed the issue where 'You are invited for meeting' rule was not generating error when cross-product notification is turned on and user has 'esplogin' information entered in the staff identification record.

Medicaid BillingFixed the issue where it was giving error 'Diagnosis code missing' when creating an electronic file.

Updated Rule 53159, Placement Determination Section, ARD Information Date must match placement dates to not fire when a student was dismissed.

IEPPLUS NotificationUpdated the notification rule which advised if the student did not have progress for a reporting period. This rule will no longer submit a notification when the student was not active during that reporting period.

Data IntegrationModified the eSP - Discipline Deletion Rule#2 to only delete the event outcome that was removed in eSchoolPlus.


Transition Section: The student age message displayed in the ARD Transition section has been updated to calculate as of the form end date instead of the meeting date.

The formerly called 'Development of the Individual Education Program (IEP) on the form navigation bar, has now been relabeled to Transition.

The reports have also been updated in English and Spanish.□

The Transition Needs and Services section has been completely redone.

If Option 3 (no goals) is selected, IEPPLUS will not copy over these statements but will copy over the rest of the form answers.

If Option 1 (Copy Goals) is selected, IEPPLUS will copy these statements to the new ARD with the new data range as well as the rest of the form.

The transition section will now copy data from ARD to ARD for a student.

If a Graduation Supplement is linked to an ARD, upon creation of a new ARD, this supplement will also be linked to the new ARD.

Goal Page: The heading 'Individual Education Program (IEP)' will appear one time on the printed ARD report above the first goal only.

TIP: If a STAAR Alternate 2 selection display in the individual subject assessment drop down, please insure there is no space between STAAR-A. The added space will enable staff to select STAAR Alternate 2 per assessment when the assessment type is STAAR.

STAAR: The STAAR A Eligibility Requirements Form link will display upon selecting an Assessment of STAAR-A.

The STAAR Alternate 2 accommodation selections have been updated to match the new 2016 Allowable Accommodations.

Schedule of Service: The Request for Transportation Service Form can now be created inside the ARD form.

ARD, Draft Watermark: A draft watermark will appear on all pages of an Unfinalized ARD except for the Signature page and Medicaid Notice and Consent forms.ACTION ITEM: Go to System Options, Form, Draft Watermark, checking this box will insure any ARD not finalized will print with a 'Draft' watermark.

Selection of Grade/School: Modified the FIE creation process to select the student's Grade and School based on the current date entered in the FIE wizard field, 'Enter Service Date used to select the placement for this FIE'. If this data is missing on that day, the software will display 'No Referral or current placement record exists'.

The ARD Transition Supplement is no longer available to be selected as a new form for a student. Existing Transition Supplements will display in the student's FIE , FIE/ARD Administration page. All new ARD's now contain transition information.

Parents retaining the rights for a student not competent will not be listed as an Adult student on the Attendee list. A student 18 years or older regardless of retention of rights by parent will appear in the Attendees list.

Advanced Report, TX_Indicator_7This report has been modified to include students up to age 7.

Advanced Report, TX_Indicator_7_Entry/Exit: This is a brand new report that includes students up to age 7 that have an Enrollment Start Date. This report indicates whether a COSF form has been completed, the student's enrollment entry date and exit date as well as the student's age. This report can be export this report to excel. Report instructions are located under the 'Docs' icon.

NOTE: Please run the 'Enrollment Records Missing List' Report prior to running this report to insure the appropriate students have an active enrollment start date.
