7. The Florida Legislature has no authority delegated from We the People in the Florida Constitution to set up a private company, such as the EWD, as an unlawful monopoly. 9. At no time has EWD initiated or supplied a study claiming evidence that the sewer project for District V9-C is required for safety reasons or for the good of the public health.

10. On 41212015 We the People, in the persons of Debr. Baker, Eloise Soehn, Joan Armond, Nancy Attaway, Harry BeDan, and Renee Lopez testified at the EWD Board Meeting before the alleged Criminals to the fact that We the People can not afford either the capital costs nor the recurring costs for new sewers. Additionally, all evidence shows that our septic systems currenUy are operating acceptably. As a result of our inability to pay the Defendants, the Englewood Water District, EWD will cause We the People to be judged in default of a contract we never voluntarily and knowingly entered into, a lien will be placed against our property, and we will lose our property.
