If Diego and Uncle Julio had wanted to fly a kite instead of going hang gliding, would the weather conditions have been right? Why or why not?

If Diego and Uncle Julio had wanted to fly a kite instead of going hang gliding, the weather conditions would have been right. We got our text evidence from paragraph #3 in Airborne, and in paragraph #2 of How to Make a Kite. It states in Airborne that the weather condition was sunny with a few clouds, and a breeze that was not too much wind. Also, in How to Make a Kite the text says that to fly a kite, the weather forecast should be winds neither to strong nor to calm. This evidence leads us to conclude that the weather conditions in Airborne would be manageable for flying a kite.
