and avoids conflict with existing utilities. Clients are provided access to

review proposed bore plans prior to drilling operations to ensure that all

Trenchless does not shy away from demanding projects. Whether your

project is in limestone, shale or granite – Ellingson Trenchless is the best

Pipe Plowing

From small diameter cable or conduit, to large diameter gas mains,

Ellingson Trenchless offers a minimal impact installation method

through static plowing. Ellingson Trenchless has the capabilities

to install pipe up to 14-inches in diameter and unlimited lengths

without obstructions. The pipe or cable is installed by pulling a

blade through the ground allowing us to reach depths of 7.5-feet

of cover on the pipe as well as installing tracer wire and marking

tape in synchronization if required. Our team of in-house design

experts and engineers ensure that our equipment is engineered and

fabricated to allow for accurate placement of piping through pipe

plowing without surpassing the manufacturer’s recommendation.

Slip Lining

Slip Lining is a cost effective trenchless rehabilitation method used to

repair leaks or restore structural stability to water, sewer and storm

sewer pipelines. Slip lining is performed on pipes ranging in diameter

from 4 inches up to 42 inches and lengths of up to 5,000 feet. The Slip

Lining process is completed by winching or pushing a new pipe through

the existing pipe, grouting the annular space between the two pipes and

sealing the ends.

Pipe Bursting

Pipe Bursting is an extremely cost effective solution for infrastructure

rehabilitation. The pipe bursting process is a trenchless method of

replacing or upsizing failing, outdated or undersized infrastructure.

Pipe bursting replaces the existing pipe by a pneumatic hammer or

static pulling head through the failing pipe. The existing pipe is then

broken and displaces the surrounding soil allowing the new pipe to

follow in place, all during the same process. Ellingson Trenchless has

the capabilities to pipe burst and replace pipe ranging in diameter

from 4 inches up to 54 inches and offers the ability to accommodate

runs of up to 1,000 feet or more.

Cured in Place Pipe Repair (CIPP)

Cured in Place Pipe Repair (CIPP) is a proven trenchless method to repair

cracked, broken or root infiltrated pipes. CIPP is one of the most widely

used pipeline rehabilitation methods amongst residential homeowners,

manufacturing facilities, hotels, restaurants and food processing plants.

Ellingson Trenchless has the capability to repair existing pipelines ranging

in diameter from 3 to 18-inches.

The CIPP process consists of first cleaning and inspecting the existing service

line with an inspection system. A measurement of the lateral length is taken.

The CIPP process is completed by inverting a resin saturated PVC coated

polyester liner into the existing pipe. Once in place and properly inflated the

PVC coated polyester liner is heated with hot water, cooled and cured.

Pipe Ramming

Pipe Ramming is a process where steel pipe is installed with a

pneumatic hammer. Grade can be set and controlled from the launch

pit and distances of up to 250 feet can be achieved. This process

allows installation as an alternative to the traditional jack and boring

installation. As the steel line is installed, the soil is forced into the

interior of the pipe. Once the pipe is installed to its desired locations

the soil is removed from inside. Typical application would include

casing pipe and culverts among many others.

“ I would highly recommend [Ellingson Trenchless] to

anyone that needs their project to come in on time with

no scope change or added cost.”

-Ricky S.

“ Ellingson’s are very honest and do a good job in a

timely manner.”

-Norbert M.

“ Partnering with Ellingson Trenchless has achieved success

and provided us with ongoing guidance and maintenance

services as needed. We look forward to continuing our

relationship with Ellingson Trenchless as we tackle the

challenges of growth into an exciting future.”

-Gary H.

“ Ellingson’s sales staff are the utmost professional to work

with. Their bids are detailed and thorough. Ellingson has

been fully able to understand the project by conducting

their own site visits to ensure that their bid is represented

correctly. Their field installation crews are well versed on

the projects and often require very little or no guidance to

accomplish their tasks.”

-John O.

“ I know this might not seem like a big deal, but thank

the crew for always keeping the work areas clean and

organized with mall workers and tenants coming in. It was

nice to not have any comments or complaints from them.”

-Kevin W.
