1. Introduction

The information about:

Date, place and duration of the piloting sessions

Number of students (adult learners) included in the piloting

Number of trainers/teachers included

The iFlip piloting courses in Poland took place from January 8 to January 19, 2018 at

Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi, Poland. Each course was planned for one

course days and included 6 hours per day.

The piloting offered 3 courses which topics covered:

Course 1: “Kultura w firmie – to sprawa rozwojowa” – “Organsational Culture - as a

key to the organisational development”, https://kursy.puw.pl/course/view.php?id=246

Course 2: “Powiększ zasoby grupy. Jak pracować w zespole?” – „Increase the groups

resources. How to work in teams?”, https://kursy.puw.pl/course/view.php?id=247

Course 3: “Coping – radzenie sobie ze stresem” – “How to cope with stress in a

workplace”, https://kursy.puw.pl/course/view.php?id=248.

The number of students (adult learners) included in the piloting courses: 30 students – 10

persons in each of three groups – courses.

There were 2 trainers involved: Ms. Aneta Poniszewska and Ms. Magdalena Zgraja.

Moreover, the courses were also observed by Mr. Łukasz Wilczyński.

2. Reference Documents

Training materials used related to this piloting.

The trainers worked with iFlip courses and materials prepared according the rules and

principles of FTC, Flipped Classroom methodology. These courses are available on the

Moodle platform supported by AHE.

The trainers prepared and used the files, pictures, videos, clips and websites needed for the

courses.

3. Training programme

The training programme for the single course day was followed according to the Flipped

Classroom methodology and the courses prepared by the trainers based on the Joint staff

training events realized in Gent, Belgium, April 2017.
