WHAT IS iGEO?

iGEO is a GeoServer-based set of web services allowing Bosnia-Herzegovinean local municipalities, government agencies and utility infrastructure organizations access to the most precise base map data.

iGEO raster and vector layers are registered using metadata, which describes location, age, quality, and other characteristics of the resources. With access to this information about mapping material, an organization can make decisions based on the best resources available.
