Step 1: www.iLearnNYC.net
• Go to www.iLearnNYC.net• Click on “Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)”
tab or go directly to: http://www.ilearnnyc.net/community/innovation/iLearnNYC/vle/default.htm
Step 2: click on content vendor you will be using to deliver your course
Step 3: Login Using Single-Sign-On
Login using your DOE network ID (your email ID without the “@schools.nyc.gov”) and password
Step 3: Errors on Login Page
If you see this message when you click “Submit,” you need to change your password once before logging in.
Click here to change your password.

If you get any of these errors, your DOE username and password are fine, but you don’t have access to the content. Contact the iLearnNYC team ([email protected] and your STARS program chair/scheduler) to find out which vendors you should have access to and if your courses are properly inputted into STARS.
