SESSION: Can I have your

attention, please?

Ever wonder how to get people to

engage in a meeting and to sit up

and take notice? This interactive

session helps you lead better

meetings, give better sales

presentations and conduct more

successful strategic planning

sessions. Whether you are a novice

or seasoned professional, you will

sharpen your facilitation skills,

engage and read your audience and

achieve better results.

You will learn to: Use professional techniques for information gathering.

Get audience participating and interacting.

Polish your body language to understand what your

audience is “saying.”

Deal with difficult behaviors, i.e., the “bored one,” the “know-

it-all,” etc.

SESSION: Sales & Networking for the Non-Sales Professionals

If you're like most professionals, you didn't enter your career

looking for a sales role. However at some point every professional

realizes that if they want to advance in their career, they need to be

able to excel at sales. This session will focus on helping non-sales

professionals enhance their sales and networking techniques and

help you to strengthen your customer relationships.
