Imber Court is proud to be licensed for Civil Weddings & Partnerships. We

have three rooms available, they are the Esher Suite, Surrey Bar and Surrey Suite.

These can be hired additionally at the following cost

Esher Suite £250

To seat a maximum of 65 guests

Surrey Bar £250

To seat a maximum of 90 guests

Surrey Suite £350

To seat a maximum of 190 guests

A private room will be set aside for the registrar to prepare.

Under the Marriage Act 1994, The Surrey Suite, Surrey Bar and Esher Suite

have been licensed for Civil Marriage Ceremonies and for Civil Partnerships

in pursuance of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

The meal usually lasts approximately two hours.

We do ask that you and your guests are seated at the time

Requested to ensure that your food does not spoil.

It is customary during the meal to serve wine for your guests and

to use champagne or a sparkling wine for the toast but if you

have any specific requests please discuss them.

To customise your wedding further, additional charges may be

added.

When you arrive at the Club, you are able to use our gardens or any other part of the grounds for

your photographs or, if you wish, the room you have booked may be used as a backdrop instead.

While the photographs are being taken, guests can wait in our downstairs

Thames Bar and have a drink.

The evening bar will be open at your chosen time following your meal.

There are three options for running the Bar; these are:

A free bar where you pay for all of your guests’ drinks

A pay bar where your guests pay for their own drinks

A mixed bar where you allocate a pre-determined figure after which your

guests pay for their own drinks

Please note that your function must end half an hour after the Bar closes.

Bar closing times are:

11pm Monday - Saturday

If you wish to have the bar open later a letter requesting this must be sent to

us at least 6 weeks before the function.

Please see the enclosed buffet menus for the evening. These can be

ordered at an additional cost

The remaining balance will be payable in two instalments, which must be paid before the event, and with any additional evening buffet costs. Six months before the function date, 50% of the remaining balance is payable and the remaining sum is due 28 days before the event. All hirers are required to take responsibility for the conduct of all guests, damage or loss to fixtures and fittings. All hirers are required to lodge a bond cheque for £300.00, post dated to their function date, as security against damage or loss to fixtures and fittings. The bond cheque will be held until full payment of any outstanding invoice has been paid. If after 3 months the balance is still outstanding, your bond cheque will be used in part payment for the invoice.
