Pathway Overview (5)
Evaluation – where are we?
The new pathways were implemented in England in April 2008.
New evaluation forms were developed to capture the representatives experience as well as the facilitators experience of running a new programme.
The first evaluation report will be ready by August and a paper submitted to UKCRLD in September/October.
Pathway Overview (6)
Evaluation Framework
Input evaluation – the assessment of materials, content and delivery of the programme
Outcome evaluation – measure of the learning outcomes of the programme for the reps
Impact evaluation – assessing the impact of the learning and development in practise over time.
The first two points are short to medium term measures but the third will be a longer term measure.

‘Not fearing course as much I thought I would’ (Module 2 Development)
