Increased creativity. Individuals ideas spark off one another and the

process of working in a team seem to generate more and more possibilities. Coordination. Team members all play a part in getting the whole job done

instead of seeing their own little process as being the start and finish of itall.

Personal support. Good teams operate rather like a an extended familywhose members trust, like, help and care about each other.

Ownership. The act of passing over to people the responsibility for theirown decisions and their own actions.
