a. A Mobile Device (this will be

your Google Authenticator

b. Another device to login to your

GCG ASIA membersite.

Important Notes

1. Never share your Google Authenticator QR code with other people.

2. Never share your Google Authenticator device with other people.

3. Keep your Google Authenticator device with you at all times. You will need it for every login

4. If it is your first time activating Google Authenticator on GCG ASIA’s membersite but our

system does not show the Google Authenticator QR code, please contact our customer

service executives with your registered identification proof for a reset.

Registered identification proof required:

a. Image 1 : To show requestor's entire face(front) while holding legal identification

(ID/Driving license/Passport)

b. Image 2 : To show requestor's face(front) while holding a piece of paper

indicating the date of request

5. Should you need to change your Google Authenticator device, please contact our customer

service executives.
