Access with the CNPJ number, the password must be created on the fi rst login (if necessary, the exhibitor can recover the password through the “Forgot your password?” page).

HAVE AN ATTRACTIVE STAND

The exhibition booth has a strategic function in marketing a business. This is because it represents an

unparalleled opportunity for those who want to strengthen contact with the public looking for products

or services in that segment. Therefore, this space should be thought of as an extension of the brand itselfand needs to be designed with the public in mind.

Managing number of visits:Take a close look at visitor engagement with your brand, whether by a business card or barcode reader. Doing this, future participation in fairs as well as new business generation will be more e� ective.

Set up your booth carefully:Scenography is the main strategy to di� erentiate your booth, you must set up your space carefully and plan every move. Invest in your company’s institutional colors and make your logo stand out so your brand can be easily recognized.

Bring into your booth something the customer can experience more attractively than a fl yer or a small gift. The booth will be improved through colors, textures and lighting. Create a warm environment where the audience feels amazed.

Communicating in advance your company’s participation in the fair is one of the most important items for visitors and prospects to increase interest in your booth and your business. MARKETING

Networking is great for business and closer relationships are even better. With this in mind, the Agrishow exhibitor has the benefi t of inviting its customers by purchasing invitations with a signifi cantly lower value: • R$ 25,00 (twenty-fi ve reais) for purchases made up to

29/02/2020 • R$ 27,50 (twenty-seven reais and fi fty cents) for

purchases made from 01/03 to 04/20/2020

Starting at 301 invitations, you only pay for those actually used according to the rules in the system and the exhibitor’s manual. Invitations are only digital, there will be no printed invitations.

DIGITALDISPLAY

Agrishow’s Digital Showcase is a great promotional tool for exhibitors as it prepares visitors for the fair and consults important planning information, such as the locations of companies of interest and launches. The fi lling is done by the exhibitor itself and all updates occurs automatically. You can enter company logo, location, description and contacts, as well as product images that will be featured at the booth. Parking is managed exclusively by VVR. Each exhibitor will have a free stamp quota with the size of their booth. This stamp can be used during the periods of assembly, performing and disassembly, regardless of the type of car.If extra stamps are required, you can purchase them to VVR.

It is extremely important, but not mandatory. We remind the exhibitor of the importance of insurance against fi res, theft, electrical damage and personal injury.

The exhibitor is solely responsible for providing their own insurance (civil liability, various risks and personal accidents) during the assembly, performing and disassembly. The promoter won’t assume any responsibility for damages or costs generated by occurrences in the booths with products, materials, contractors, assemblers, transporters, people or any other nature. It’s important to check the policy coverage of the insurance and the period of validity, which should count from the 1st day of assembly until the last day of disassembly.

IMPORTANT: Informa Markets is not responsible for any theft that may occur in the pavilion.

PARKING INSURANCEOFFICIAL SUPPLIERS

Exhibitors can access the list of o� cial suppliers indicating companies that provide services during the whole assembly and execution period, such as: assembler, security, cleaning, internet, transportation, among others.

ELECTRIC POWER

The available current is AC, with a frequency of 60 HZ, with 110V for a single Phase and 220V for a Dual Phase.

Electricity will be supplied in KVA units. Only the o� cial company hired by the Organizer will have access to the AGRISHOW electricity distribution network. It will be up to the exhibitor/assembler to provide suitable protection switches/breakers and to install the distribution in its booth in accordance with ABNT and CPFL standards, from the point provided by the Organizer.

Only the connection of the power supply point installed by the Organizer and the entrance to the exhibitor’s distribution network will be made by the Organizer, which, at that time, checks the installed electrical load and the phase balance.

IMPORTANT:

The closing/connection between the booth power board and the Exhibition Park pole will be the sole responsibility of the O� cial electrical infrastructure team hired by the Organizer. In cases where the power systen doesn’t support the amount of KVAs required for the booth, the O� cial company won’t make the connection.

Due to the voltage variation observed in the power supply by CPFL, the use of NO BREAK stabilizer is mandatory. Stand energy won’t be released while phase unbalances persist when demand electricity is greater than the amount requested by the exhibitor or due to non-payment of the contracted additional electricity consumption.

After the daily closure of activities, all booth circuit breakers must be switched o� , except for equipment that needs to be turned on outside the permitted hours, with the prior authorization of the Organizer.

This equipment should be installed with independent circuits and have their own identifi cation.

PAVILION FLOOR

Agro Solutions Arena: The pavilion fl oor cannot be marked, punctured or painted by the exhibitor / assembler. It is necessary to cover the fl oor of the pavilion with its own material and suitable for its protection.

Booth fl oor elevation is optional. When the fl oor is raised, it is mandatory to build an access ramp for the physically challenged, regardless of their size.

Discovery, plot and test drive area: The grass cannot be marked, dug or painted by the exhibitor/third party. If the action is essential, the direction of the event must be consulted beforehand for analysis. The area of each booth will be demarcated and identifi ed on the fl oor. It’s the exhibitor/assembler’s responsibility to request assistance from the operating team to resolve any questions regarding the leased area.

HEIGHTS AND RETREATS FOR STAND MOUNTING

For all leased spaces, except those with basic assembly contracting (which already have standard height), it’s mandatory to respect the following rules for the construction of the booth:

Attention to the standards and safety equipment required during the ASSEMBLY and DISASSEMBLY period.

All rules of NR12 - SAFETY AT WORKING MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT must be respected and can be consulted in detail in the Exhibitor Manual.

ATENTION: The use of sandals, fl ip fl ops, clogs or any type of open shoes inside the pavilion is not allowed, as well as the movement of people wearing shorts, skirts, short pants, tank top or shirtless during assembly and disassembly.

SAFETY TIPS

• Don’t neglect your belongings (bags, backpacks, cell phones, wallets, notebooks, etc.) at any time, even inside the booths and for no reason;

• Bags and backpacks should remain with their zippers and candles always closed;

• In the food court, always keep your belongings close to you. Never leave them on the table, especially if you need to be absent and have no company;

• Keep the used tank in the booth well locked and with restricted access. Clearly identify the person who has access to the space and keys;

• We suggest hiring exclusive security service for your booth day and night and we suggest hiring the o� cial security company of the event;

• Don’t hire people who o� er services without legal documentation during assembly. We have a list of o� cial suppliers to serve exhibitors.
