Service Water Pumps, Diesel Driven Vertical Line Shaft Fire Pumps (contained battery and air start), Submersible Service Water Pumps and Air Diaphragm Pumps complete with control systems. Project called for Zone 2 specifications.

4 sets of NFPA 20, FM/UL Firewater Pump packages, each consisted of 3508 Caterpillar engines, controllers, gear boxes and Jockey pumps. Our material of construction was in Nickel Aluminium Bronze.

ENI Muara Bakau Indonesia, Jangkrik Complex Development

24’’ Super Duplex Auto Recirculating Valves, weighing 5 tons each. Used to protect the pumps on board the FPU by ensuring that a pre-determined minimum flow is assured through at all times.

Korean National Oil Corporation, Donghae Gas Field Development

3 Sets of Submersible Lift Pump 600HP, capacity of 1200m3/hr and 2 Sets of Submersible Utility Pumps 125 HP. Pumps in NiAlBr material were supplied together with columns of 60 ft length.

BHP Billiton Petroleum, FPSO Stybarrow Venture MV16

14 units of API 610 Process Pumps and Multistage Pumps were installed on board of MODEC operated FPSO Stybarrow Venture MV16. Customized pump designs cope well with the severe conditions on the high seas and were ABS certified.

Cuu Long JOC, Su Tu Trang Full Field Development

2 sets of API 674 Reciprocating Pump Package for Wellhead Platform and 3 sets Service Water Lift Pumps, fitted with submersible motors and IP 68. All pumps were in Duplex Stainless Steel material.

3 sets of 24” Vertical Turbine Firewater Pumps, each Package consisted of Caterpillar engines, controllers, gear boxes and Jockey pumps. Supply completed with locally fabricated engine enclosures, fuel tanks with stands and rail support.

Vopak Indonesia, Tanjong Priok Oil Terminal

Our 3 sets of Vertical Turbine Firewater Pumps are successfully running at Vopak Terminal site in Indonesia. All units supplied in special material – Super Duplex SS together with 3412 Caterpillar engines and controllers.

Singapore LNG Corp., LNG Terminal

A total of 36 third generation Cryogenic Pumps were supplied to Singapore’s first LNG Terminal. Supply includes 9 in-tank send-out pumps, 6 reloading pumps, 18 high pressure booster pumps and 3 LNG drain pumps.

ExxonMobil, LHDC HN CREEP TO 24 KBSD, Singapore

Total of 2 critical BB2 Pump units, operating at very high pressure and temperature over 470 Deg C were manufactured for a major plant upgrade. HDE 2 stages, specially engineered pump design with cooling system and high tension motor.

To aid the discharge of excess oil from a 66kV transformer, 4 sets of Three-Screw Pumps, complete with Explosion Proof Motors and Control Panels were installed in the underground transformer room.

Awarded a contract to supply 12 sets of Sealless Magnetic Drive Metallic horizontal End Suction Centrifugal Pumps together with 8 sets of Twin Screw Pumps for high viscosity, aggressive and abrasive media.

GlaxoSmithKline Singapore, Pilot Plant Project

With zero tolerance for leakage, we supplied 8 units of Magnetic Sealless Pumps which helped to keep the working environment safe as well as ensured product reliability.

Vopak Indonesia, Tanjong Priok Oil Terminal

Sembcorp Multi-Utilities Facility at Banyan, Singapore

A complete set of Firewater Pump Package, comprising of Pump, Electric Motor at 6.6 kV and Control Panel were successfully installed at SUT, to cater to the client’s new demands for fire protection.

Shell Marina Lube Oil Blending Plant

2 Sets of Firewater Pump Packages complete with 2 locally fabricated acoustic enclosures. Supplied pumps with a capacity of 2500GPM and pump head of 110 m, coupled to a CFPIIE-F20 Cummins Engine.

We support our customers with a broad range of horizontal and vertical split case, vertical in-line, end suction and vertical turbine designs over a wide range of rated capacities and pressures; pumps for every fire pump application.

Custom designed fire pump packages to latest requirements

of NFPA 20 standards, FM/UL certified; we offer both offshore

and onshore pump systems, with one or more pump/driver

combinations and options for enclosures and controls with inlet/

outlet piping/ valves and fittings accessories.

WE provides Fire Pump packages in whatever the environmental

conditions to save lives and fight fires on the offshore platforms.

FIREWATER PUMPS


WE is able to design and deliver bespoke, fully integrated pump packages. Every pump is individually matched to our clients’ specific application and operation environment. Furthermore, testing of pumps is rigorous and can be witnessed by customers and third party inspectors.

Our range of centrifugal pumps is available in horizontal

and vertical configurations, single stage or multi-stages,

overhung and between bearing arrangements, as well as

single suction and double suction types. The pumps can

transfer fluids with high efficiency over a wide range of

flows and pressures and complying with ISO, ANSI, API 610

and API 685 standards.

The range of positive displacement pumps we supply

include reciprocating, gear, screw and air diaphragm pumps;

complying with industry standards ISO, ANSI, API 674 and API

676, all available in various materials of construction.

SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT

In ensuring a minimum stable flow for pump operation, our low maintenance ARC valves are engineered to protect centrifugal pumps from thermal damage, invalid temperature rise, cavitation, dry run and vibrations. ARC valves reliably prevent industrial accidents, total loss and damage.

WE provide high quality AC/DC motors, suitable for both safe and explosion proof enviroments (Exd, Exn, Exp, etc ), based on the IEC, NEMA, KS and JIS standards that operates optimally, especially in industrial environments. Our exotic frame size ranges from 80 and above, with powers ranging from 0.4 kW to 25,000 kW.

AUTOMATIC RECIRCULATION VALVES

ELECTRIC MOTORS

We supply SBW API 617 axial and centrifugal type compressors together with API 618 reciprocating compressors. Multistage, vertically or horizontally split configurations are available for low, medium and high pressure ranges. Typically, our compressors are used for catalytic cracking, delayed coking, hydrogenation units, ammonia refrigeration, urea plant, ethylene, acid-making, air separation and gas-steam combined power generation unit.

COMPRESSORS

Our centrifugal blower product features a high efficiency, long period of stable running and wide range of flows. They are widely used in industrial applications where there is a requirement for constant flow of larger volumes of air such as in ventilation, combustion, transporting materials, cooling and heating systems, dust control.

Petronas Licenced Company in multiple categories, WE has established service centres in Tuas, Singapore

as well as in the Iskandar area, Malaysia.

The new facilities at Iskandar are located in the world class industrial park SME City with combined area

of 27,000 sq/ft, allocated for assembly plant, packaging, pump repair/overhaul services, testing and

warehousing.

Full service support: rotating equipement repairs specialist

WE has the capability to provide repairs, pump analysis, refurbishments, retrofitting and overhaul services

for every type of rotating and associated equipment from all industries.

Our workshop is equipped with the necessary tools and fixtures to handle the overhauling in the correct

procedures. Repairs are handled to original design specifications and manufacturing tolerances.

At the end of each pump servicing a full service report is furnished to the client.
