Center For Students in Transition The Center for Students in Transition offers support to adult learners, transfer students,
and student veterans. If you use, or plan to use VA Education Benefits, please be sure to

The Center for Personalized Instruction (CPI), located in Suite 1400 of the Academic Build-
ing on Madonna University’s Livonia campus, is a student-focused office where student
learning is enhanced by providing tutoring and other academic support services.
Events for ALL students:
Writing Center Madonna Pen, our campus writing group, will meet from 3:00-4:30 p.m. in Room 1403 on the
following Fridays: February 19 and March 25. Newcomers are welcome
and pizza is served!
Paper Hearts Workshop, 11-5 p.m. Thursday, February 11, in the Take 5 Lounge. Tutors and
librarians will be available to help students with writing and research
assignments. The Madonna community is invited to read classic poetry and short
fiction aloud, respond to light-hearted prompts, and participate in our raffle.
MU Voices, Madonna’s literary blog, is seeking submissions for its winter 2016 issue.
E-mail your poetry, essays, fiction, prayers, song lyrics, photographs, scanned artwork,
and video links to [email protected] or [email protected].
Deadline: 11:59 p.m. Friday, March 18.
Psychological services clinic
Madonna University’s Psychological Services Clinic provides low-fee mental health care for
adults, teens, children, families, and couples. The clinic offers psychological testing and
treatment in a sensitive and confidential manner to all members of the general public.
Services are provided by advanced-level graduate students and supervised by fully
licensed psychologists. For additional information about the clinic or to schedule an

Bookstore The textbook rental due date for Winter term is Saturday, April 30, 2016. The bookstore
will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on that day.
The best time to sell back your books is during finals week: April 25-30.
