Keep working when things are hard! Some-times music is easy, and sometimes it is hard. That’s okay, it’s how you learn!

Be motivated to shoot for the moon! Whatever your musical goals are, let us know so we can help you get there. We want you to succeed, too!

Put in the effort needed for the results you want! You have to practice every day and come to lessons, listen, and use your teacher’s advice to help you improve.

Be responsible! Practice every day and be on time for your lessons. Call ahead if you’re go-ing to be late or can’t come because you’re sick.

Have a good attitude! Everyone has bad days sometimes. Come to les-sons ready to learn and to listen to the teacher anyway.

Do your best to commu-nicate clearly. Listen to your teacher during les-sons. Answer questions honestly.

Be respectful. Talk to our teacher with respect and do as you’re asked. Be quiet when your teacher is talking to you. Try not to disturb other stu-dents’ lessons if you’re early.

Have self-control! If sit-ting still is hard for you, tell your teacher. We will work with you to find ways to help you meet our expectations.
