CFBC boilers can accept wide range of fuels with stable operation which may not be possible with PF fired boiler. Better net plant efficiency (~0.3%). Cost effective (~20% lower cost) compared to PF+FGD+SCR/SNCR with same level of emission limits. FGD also needs requirement of additional quantity of water and space. Unlike PF, CFB boilers have least or NIL fouling & slagging problems as fuel is burnt below ash fusion temperature.

MR. NARAIN MADHAVANBusiness Development Manager, Xylem Water Solutions.

If we just remember the development of the large scale units we have seen the much more compact design compared to eight years ago. What works for the big size units can also be applied to the small size units since all units are based on the same compact ozone elctrode design. This units are much more feasible for laminating and coating applications. Ozone systems for 200 g/h from oxygen do not have to need more spce than 800 by 800 mm and 230 V power supply.

Power Generation Units across the geographies strive to deliver reliable electricity as safely and efficiently as possible. To meet and surpass this goal every critical equipment / asset should operate at optimal level. Proactive methodologies provide a BIG opportunity to reduce reactive unplanned downtimes. On-line Fault Modelling utilizing real-time operating data will drive the next generation of condition monitoring of Assets.

MR. ARUN KUMAR SINHAGM, (Project Engg), NTPC

The circulating fluidized bed (CFB) technology is a cleaner process with lower emission of pollutants. Upto 90 percent of pollutants can be absorbed before being emitted to the atmosphere.

MR. T K SENGUPTADirector – Offshore, ONGC

The current downslide of oil price is not the first time for the industry. But the alarming fact is that it is happening and continuing for a longer time and the situation is likely to be stayed for more number of years. This longer period of low oil price is indeed a huge concern for all of us, all over the world. The days of easy oil has gone and it is the time of challenging oil; and with the current environment, easy oil looks like a distant dream. The cost of production is increasing for the challenging oil and even to maintain the matured fields and not talk about the deepwater developments and challenging frontiers like HPHT radius, profitability ultimately remains a huge concern and so remains the sustainability of the business for oil operating companies. I think from that point of view, the conference theme and the conference is at a very right time.

MR. N K VERMAManaging Director & CEO, OVL

While as oil & gas consuming country, India is one of the most beneficiaries due to the declining oil & gas prices, at the same time National Oil Companies (NOCs) or other E&P companies are getting the heat badly because their remuneration of oil price linking to the International prices. So to move forward, it may be a learning period from this particular turbulence. Investing in very large projects may not be preferred at this time. Well tightening and CAPEX cuts are the new mantras. Project appraisals or reappraisals are the buzzwords and have to be perceived. Increasing more values from the dollar spend as CAPEX and OPEX has to be in focussed, but ofcourse new frontiers like deepwater, HPHT fields developments will remain as value drivers and need to be added in the balance sheet. The key word is ofcourse Efficiency, Efficiency and Efficiency. All-out efficiency, innovation and technology absorption are the key words for surviving in such turbulent time.

MR. SUDHIR VASUDEVAFormer Chairman & Managing Director, ONGC Limited

The substantial demand for energy that the growing economy generates and the significant value of our crude imports in combination provide a compelling reason for us to augment the domestic supplies and that is our biggest challenge today. Our output has been stagnating or plateauing for years now and can be set to be even gradually dipping. There are things that we are doing right now but we should do more to reverse the trend and take the country to the path that defines by increasing oil supplies from domestic sources.

MR. SANJAY JOSHICountry Manager & Managing Director, Aker Solutions

There is no doubt that the whole oil & gas industry is going through a turbulent time and likely to be there for much longer. But at the same time there are a lot of optimisms if you look at it in a different way. Thus we have to prepare ourselves and improve our operational efficiencies and reduce the cost. We need to have a lot of optimisms and good sprit towards the industry.

MR. HELGE TRYTIDirector Innovation Norway, India Commercial Counsellor, Royal Norwegian Embassy

In India we have among orders since successful cooperation between Reliance and Aker Solutions for world-class execution and exploration of the first ever developed water-gas field in the Eastern coast of India. We have shown how Indo-Norwegian cooperation can change the oil & gas industry scenario in India; however, I would like to see much more cooperation in oil & gas between the two countries.

Inaugural Session

MR MAULIK JASUBHAIVice Chairman & Chief Executive, Jasubhai Group & Chemtech Foundation

CHEMTECH Foundation is not just a business. We are not here to bring sponsorship or create big areas of exhibition space, we are here in our own small, little way to help and contribute in bringing the industry altogether, to build an ecosystem within the industry and to create a platform which survive through the business cycle and tough environment. I would say the theme – Opportunities & Challenges for Oil & Gas Industry in Turbulent Times - is itself compliment to the current business environment.

While 32% of Indian oil & gas basins have yet to be offered for exploration, 78% of basins, which have been offered for exploration till now in the country, have not fully explored. Higher level of exploration and technology will be the key to catch the unclaimed prize.

MR ADITYA MUKERJEEPetroleum Engineer, SK Oilfield Equipment Co Pvt Ltd

Finding new oil is getting harder now-a-days as the discoveries are smaller and farther afield with more risk and expensive in nature. While current low oil prices have demolished exploration budgets in a vast extent, the next generation of geophysical survey technology - Stress Field Detection (SFD) System - will enable low cost exploration by helping companies focus their exploration programs to areas that indicate the presence of trapped fluids potential.

Surely and surprisingly, corrosion can play a vital role in the water injection oil recovery factor. Oil recovery factor through water injections are known to have gone beyond even 50% and if corrosion can play a detrimental role, it may further come down to any level.

MR. SANTHOSH TANDELGeneral Manager - Process, Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd

Gas dehydration process or unit can be di-vided into two major parts – one is gas de-hydration and other is solvent regeneration. In dehydration, water is removed from Gas using solvent in the glycol contractor; and in regeneration, water is removed from solvent that is Glycol which can reuse to complete the process.

MR ANINDYA CHATTERJEEVice President, Rolta India Limited

Oil and Gas industry across the geographies strive to achieve zero downtime, meet production and safety targets and achieve Operational Excellence. To meet and surpass this goal, plant operation needs engineered decision support system on a near real time basis. Thus proactive methodologies provide a BIG opportunity to strengthen decision making processes through early warning.

The turmoil of dipping oil price, global oil operators have reduced their investment, new exploration and developments over 50%. In some cas-es operators have reduced their CAPEX 100% for the whole year. In this scenario, oil & gas service providers are looking at ways to optimize and reduce the operational and associate operational costs so that the business can move on. It is the need of the hour to improve operational efficiency and technology integration for cost reduction to keep the bot-tom line of the business.

MR S K MOITRA

ED - Asset Manager, Bassein & Satellite Asset, ONGC

As the oil price has come down USD 30 per barrel today, oil & gas production has become a real challenge for all of us. It is our endeavour to see that how do we do to produce the oil below USD 25 per barrel. There is a huge requirement of cost reduction to keep the bottom line of the business.

Session - III: Cost Effective Drilling & Completions

Mr. Alok NandanExecutive Director, ONGC

In the back of falling crude price, oil operators has cut their CAPEX drastically, caused the production cut. But if we look at the reality, the demand is not changing, it is continuously increasing. If we don’t do whatever we need to do and leave our reservoirs or fields as it is, then there is going to be a natural decline mechanism in place and production is going to go down further. With the current decline production and CAPEX cut in the years to come, the revival is going to be very difficult which mean we will have to pumping a lot more to even sustain the production.

Mr. M Venkat RameshGeneral Manager-Global Technical Marketing, Tubacex India

Selection of materials for production and transportation of oil & gas could be complex, but the final decision could often be based on Cost optimization vs Corrosion resistance. Primary focus should be identifying material based on safety and reliability.

Mr. Jayant MalhotraGeneral Manager - Oilfield Services, Schlum-berger

In the current turbulent time, the E&P industry is now facing greater technical and commercial challenges. It is seeking new ways of working to reduce costs and create more projects value. For that we should be working to achieve four objectives – Technology - extending technical performance with game-changing technology, Reliability - we can learn from other industries and adopting new ways of working, Efficiency - optimising the support platform and leveraging scale and Integration - aligning technical and commercial interests across the E&P value chain – to ready for future oil & gas which will be more complex and more difficult.

Opportunities & Challenges for Oil & Gas Industry in Turbulent Times

World Expo 2016

OiLGAS

MR. UDAY V. KULKARNICountry Head – Offshore Business Develop-ment & Offshore Projects Operations Head, Technip India Ltd

Though oil & gas companies have their own HSE policy to improve their HSE culture within the industry and project execution programme, there is a paradigm shift in HSE culture in the current business situation. But the paradigm shift should be focused mainly in three main key areas; i.e. knowledge, empowerment to the people and emotional intelligence. With the current business scenario where industry is trying to cut corners, we need to look the fact that whatever the cost reduction or optimisation that not at the cost of HSE.

MR. AVNISH SINGHJoint General Manager – Offshore Projects, L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering

HSE measures like; Risk Assessment by external expert (DNV) for Decommissioning & Commissioning activities; Regular HSE audits at site; H2S Training to the workmen; Safety Engineers deployed at all corners of the site; Hard barricading in place for working at trench; and Regular Mock Drills, etc were taken during re-routing of ONGC’s 42” SBHT Pipeline near Umbrahat beach for Permanent Protection by LTHE.

MR. PEDER CLAESSONProduct Manager Forta/Duplex, Outokumpu, Sweden

Most of the storage tanks have coating because the tanks made up with carbon steel and coating costs a lot and needs maintenance and repair. Safety issues during recoating and environmental issues for old coating are also prevailing. Storage tank made up with duplex stainless steel may reduce initial investment cost more than 10% and reduce maintenance cost up to 100%.

CAPT. B. B. SINHA Chairman & Managing Director, The ShippingCorporation of India

There is a saying that Shipping is a derived demand - Shipping Industry done by a demand by itself, it does not create a demand. So commerce and trade are required for shipping. As you see the recent world economy is not growing and the fall out of that the Shipping industry is also coming in trouble time. If we talk about India, the shining star in the current economy growth of 7-7.5% GDP right now. But the real question - is that enough to sustain the world economy. Can a USD 2 trillion economy sustain the world economy which is somewhere close to USD 100 trillion

REAR ADMIRAL SN GHORMADENM, Flag Officer Commanding, Maharashtra Naval Area, Indian Navy

India’s typical maritime character and vital geostrategic locations are the twin factors that defined the growth of shipping sector in the country. But while today 95% by volume and 70% by value of our external trade are transported by sea, only 10% of our trade is carried by ships under in Indian flag, which is a big concern!! Also to protect and safety of the vast - almost 7,500 km - of coastal line of the country, Naval requirement for sophisticated and modern naval ship are also growing rapidly. Therefore indigenous shipbuilding is extremely important for the nation from civilian as well as defense prospective.

CAPT. J. C. ANANDChairman - Emeritus, Indian Register of Shipping

In 1995, China had tonnage of 3 million tons and India had 5 million tons and today we have tonnage of 11.2 million ton and China has a long long way ahead of us. How it was happened as both the countries have faced both slump and boom times. China ship-owners and the government came together and bought 100 ships from market in the slump time in the lowest cost around USD 4 to 5 billion per ship and when the boom came the cost raised USD 11-12 billion. So this was a policy taken by the government that time in China but unfortunately it didn’t happen in India. We should look this kind of opportunity in this rough time where the ship price is low.

MR.YATINDER PAL SINGH SURICountry Head & Managing DirectorOutokumpu India Pvt Ltd

The outlook of shipping industry is quite negative in 2016 which has mentioned by various reports with mutated with the global growth rate of economic slowdown. Even the emerging economy like India is facing the heat and obviously in the current China’s economic slowdown is posing enormous risk. But the performances across various segments in the entire marine sector vary. The over capacity, which may be good for long term and bad for short term goals, leads a decline of freight rates. Currently, the Tanker and LNG segments of the shipping industry are doing good and the same time dry bulk and container segments are facing the bad phase.

MR. S. HAJARA Chief Advisor, Elekrans

Definitely the shipping industry has been gone through a difficult phase since last few years and we do require a lot of innovation and out of the box thoughts to come out from the present difficult days; and I have absolutely no doubt that it will happen. While extending a very warm welcome to all of you, I would like to once again thanks the whole Jasubhai Media for organizing such conferences in every second years because as we all know that Shipping industry unfortunately is known as a silent industry and the contribution of Shipping to the world at large is hardly ever recognize by anyone outside the sector. So these conferences, at least in some extend, try to provide a platform for creating and awareness not only among the people within the sector but even the outside about the tremendous contribution of shipping to the world at large.

MR. N. N. KUMARPrincipal Commissioner, Income Tax

While Port is derivative from the shipping industry, shipping is itself a derivative from world commerce. Thus when the shipping industry is affected obviously port will be affected. This is a difficult time in everywhere. But the question is how to survive in this difficult time. We have to analysis and understand the trend going around the world. In the difficult time, we should look back and to innovate accordingly to remodel and take paradigm shift of the style of the business, to tweak the investment plan and growth and obviously we have to increase the efficiency. Only those enterprise, company or government are survived in the difficult time who can visualize the future and taking steps accordingly.

CAPT. SUNIL THAPARCEO, All Cargo Shipping Company Pvt. Ltd.

If you look at the Indian scenario to acquire ships, there are not so many banks in the country who are working in the shipping industry for giving loan. Although some banks are eager to give loans, but the loan, which are being given, is much more than LIBOR plus – almost 150-200 basis points. Over and above that you go to hedge for the loan and the cost of the hedging could be 5-6%. As a result you add up to the loan and the net would be brought about 9-10%. That is much much higher if you compare to global prospect in getting the loan from Indian banks.

MS. H. K. JOSHIDirector (Finance), The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd.

The theme - Sailing through Rough Sea – of the conference itself says the depressing state of the industry. While talking about Finance, the shipping industry takes it the last measure but and I would say ‘Finance’ is an important aspect for the industry as well as any other industry. The industry needs to understand that the opportunity – called Finance which the shipping industry should not loose to hammer a nail when the time is right. Shipping is not different to any other business models. Probably the mind-set of the industry on Finance needs to change and time has already proven that.

MR. ARUN KUMAR GUPTAManaging Director, India Ports Global Pvt. Ltd

It is a fact that the demographic shift of econo-my is taking place from West to East. So this is the silver lining for India to invest in infrastructure development and logistic facility in Indian port and shipping sector. While the China economy is looking sluggish, India should pick; and the present government has realized the fact and encourages the world to invest in the emerging economy.

Session II: Skill Development in Shipping / Shipyard/ Ports / Coastal Shipping

CAPT. K. DEVADASDirector (Technical & Offshore)The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd

It is important in the present context of Indian Shipping industry to develop inland waterways, coastal shipping, and skill developments, etc. And the current government is now very much pushing these initiatives like; Sagar Mala, Coastal Shipping and Inland Waterways. Although there is nothing a concrete concept is coming up yet, but we are expecting that something will definitely materialize as the Shipping Ministry has aggressively conceptualised these things.

MR. PEDER CLAESSONProduct Manager Forta/Duplex, Outokumpu, Sweden

InAlthough the initial cost of stainless steel is much higher than that of carbon steel. Its use can be justified on the basis that the increase in total project cost is small and is easily overtaken by the benefits of lower maintenance and repair costs, particularly where disruption times and cost of such work are taken into consideration.

MR. RAJEEV NAYYERDirector & CEO, Essar Oilfield Services India Limited

India has about 14,500 km of navigable inland waterways, of which 5,200 km (36%) of major rivers, and 485 km (3%) of canals, are conductive to movement of mechanized vessels. Also the country has a vast almost 7,000 coastal line but the percentage of cargo movement is merely 7%. If you compare to our neighbour country Bangladesh, the percentage is 35%. It is the need of the hour to develop inland or National waterways that would be the trading route in future along with to increase the percentage of cargo movement in the vast coast of the country. the ship price is low.

Session III: Latest Technology in Defence Shipyard/ Shipping/Ports

MR. CHITTA RANJAN DASHArea General Manager & Marine Operations Manager, Lloyd’s Register Asia

In technology front, a lot of thing has happened in today’s marine industry not only in the commercial shipping but in Naval Shipbuilding and in the Ocean space. Unfortunately these all are limited to the shipbuilding nations, some design houses and some big-time ship-owners like Mersek, etc. We don’t see much of visibility of technology in the shipping sector of India. In that context, the theme of the session - ‘Latest Technology in Defence Shipyard/Shipping/Ports,’ – very much apt to the current Indian context.

MR. LILADHAR DHOBLELead Engineer- Hydrodynamics & Propulsion, Vedam Design & Technical Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

The accuracy of berthing analysis depends on exact modelling of actual sea conditions while the actual sea waves are not sinusoidal, they are random in nature. For safer berthing operation, we should use time domain dynamic analysis and proper understanding of mooring line behavior and mooring pattern.

CAPT. BHARTESH PATHAKPresident OperationsDighi Port Ltd.

Although requirements of a modern port require deep draft along with modern marine support equipment & cargo handling equipment and modern berth with quick release system, in today’s scenario ports should have computerized support system like CCTV cameras, automatic weighbridges, IT enables access controls, cargo handling software along with trained manpower.

Downstream petrochemical, today, is one of the brightest spots in the entire hydrocarbon industry value chain. This sector, in India and in the Middle East, is witnessing a huge development as several big players including IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, and other petrochemical companies from the Middle East announce their expansion plans.

MR MAULIK JASUBHAIVice Chairman and Chief Executive, Jasubhai Group and Chemtech Foundation

Indian Petrochemical Sector has huge growth opportunities. Per capita plastic product consumption in India is about 9.7 Kg per person. Reaching the world average of 35 Kg per person consumption is indeed a herculean task. It is estimated that even to increase the consumption by 1 kg per person, we will have to build a huge cracker of 1.2 million metric tonnes every year. The fact highlights the huge potential in petchem sector in India. MR S C MEHTAExecutive Director, Refineries, Project Process, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL)

OPEC producers export around 21 million bpd of oil each day. A USD 70 fall in the price of oil reduces export income by USD 530 bill ion/yr (basis oil alone), more or less pro rata to member countries with the size of exports. The reduction in cash flow is causing recession in OPEC member economies.... Some OPEC member countries will struggle to invest in capacity growth as a result of lower net income, possibly making it more difficult to maintain market share as demand grows. MR STEPHEN GEORGEChief Economist, KBC Advanced Technology plc

The problems are not going to run away and definitely not in the oil industry. In fact there is worry expressed by some that just like the financial crises that had its origins in sub prime real estate finance, the problems in the oil and gas industry could once again spill over into the financial sector.... Much of the innovation had since last few years moved away from science and engineering into finance. To keep up growth at any cost, practice of artificially low interest rates was followed by unbridled money printing as a reaction to the financial crises.

MR KEVIN M SHAHManaging Director, Kevin Enterprises Pvt Ltd

It is a necessity of today’s world that a refinery must be able to handle all sorts of crude oil and produce products which are required by the market across the world. Being part of the global supply chain and emphasising on increasing profit margins are the crucial issues which need to be addressed by Indian refiners. Session-I: Refining Trends: Indian and Global Perspective

DR LAXMI NARASIMHAN General Manager – Centre for Novel Catalytic Materials, Shell Technology Centre

This year, for sure, has been a boom year for downstream industry in India – majorly because of the decreasing oil prices. However, if we look at the overall scenario – for oil and gas sector and downstream sector – it has not been so good. Upstream profitability has gown down for companies which are engaged into exploration and production of oil and gas.

MR HILLOL DASGeneral Manager (Projects),Essar Oil Ltd

To meet stringent environmental standards, making fuel for advance engines and meeting severe cli-matic conditions, refiners need to equip with some mandatory treat-ing units in the configuration to meet the required specifications. Over a period of time, refinery configurations have been evolved from simple to complex. Aver-age crude diet has increasingly become dirtier and thus requires special attention in the conceptual stage of setting up a refinery

MR SHYAM KAMATHGeneral Manager – Process, Mangalore Refinery & Petro-chemicals LtdIndia will witness a huge refining capacity addition in future to meet the demand of consumers. The country has great potential; and it will surely do well in the refining sector.

Session II: Breakthrough Technologies

MR HIMANSHU CHAUHANTechnical Sales Manager, Refineries Business - India, Johnson Matthey Process Technologies

There is no fundamental reason why carbon cannot be steamed from the surface or the structure of CATACEL SSR. In some respects carbon removal should be easier than on pellets - in pellets carbon may on the internal pre structures which are difficult to access. In CATACEL SSR everything is on an easily accessible surface.

MR PARAG SHAHDorf Ketal Chemicals India Private Limited

The new chemistry uses the same phosphorus source as others; the breakthrough is that TANSCIENT delivers it with stability, solubility, and without acidity. Risk of Fouling, Trade-off between effective corrosion control and desire to limit phosphorus levels in system to avoid problems with hydrotreater catalysts, Loss of control in upset conditions, etc are some of the reasons refiners have been reluctant to take financial advantage of the chemical options.

MR SHEKHAR R BALVALLI Senior Vice President-Onshore Business Development and Proposals, Technip India

The advisory board members have appropriately chosen the theme and subjects for the conference. I believe it will attract delegates’ attention to the complexities associated with the refining industry.

DR V K GUPTA Head R&D, R&D Centre, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) I am really happy to be part of Refining and Petrochemicals 2016 – Conference. It is indeed a right time to discuss issues pertaining to refining industry and technologies associated with it.

Dr. P. B. RastogiFormer Advisor to the Govt. of India, MoEF&CC, Ex-Member Secretary, Expert Appraisal Committee (Nuclear & Defence)

As fossil fuels are getting depleted, we should make use of non fossil fuel of energy. It is essential to create policy to stimulate the larger use of renewable resources. Two major renewable resources that have the potential to play a large role in the future of the world’s energy are solar and nuclear power. Nuclear energy is not in contradiction with solar energy, but they are complimentary to each other.

DR. ANIL KAKODKARINAE Satish Dhawan Chair of Engineering Eminence & Mem-ber Atomic Energy Commission, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre & Chairman Nuclear Committee , CAB - (EnerTECH World Expo 2016)

It is important to recount central role nuclear energy has to play in India’s energy mix and the state of play as it exist now.

MR. MAULIK JASUBHAIVice Chairman & Chief Executive Jasubhai Group & Chemtech Foundation

I know many of you would be wondering what is chemtech got to do with nuclear energy. Today we operate four major ecosystems. Chemtech – which is the process, plant and equipment technology platform for entire petrochemical and chemical industry. Second is Enertech where we look at from fuels to transmission to power generation as the energy ecosystem. The third being the Architecture & Construction and forth is Pharmaceutical & Biotech. We believe that these four core industry admins can provide the platform for greater interaction and greater innovation. At chemtech we believe that innovation usually happens at the cross roads of multiple industry rather than just vertical industry. And that is been the concept how this nuclear conference was evolved.

Mr. K. N. VyasDirector, BARC

Accelerating Nuclear Energy for India’s Development & Clean Energy Future

Session – I: Nuclear Roadmap (Financing & Projects)

MR. ASHOK CHAUHANDirector- Technical, NPCIL

Known Indian uranium reserves are very moderate, but thorium reserves are amongst the largest in the world. A logical conclusion to maximise the use of available resources is adoption of closed fuel cycle leading to three stage nuclear power programme. However, the technologies of the three stages namely PHWR, FBR and Thorium have to undergo a sequential development. Growing demand for electricity during the transitional gap between stages needs to be supplemented by setting of NPPs through other sources as an additionality.

DR. N SAIBABADistinguished Scientist, Chairman & Chief Executive Nuclear Fuel Complex

India has limited Fossil Fuel resources. Indian coal is of low calorific value and high in ash content. Power contributions through hydro, oil & gas are limited. Uranium reserves are meagre India but Thorium reserves are plenty. The conventional resources are not sufficient to meet the ever increasing demand for energy in the country. For long term energy security, nuclear option is the best solution and thorium based technologies are self-sustaining on long run.

“At Kudankulam, hydro technical structure is made as a “bucket” and consists of two parallel dams protruding into Manar Gulf for more than 1 kilometer. This hydro technical structure serves as a cooling industrial seawater intake. Its design and remoteness from the shore help it to perform as a cutwater, which suppresses the kinetic energy of the wave under certain conditions. In addition bank protection structure is arranged along the coastline of NPP Site. It is made as an embankment of big stones at sea level of +8m on the entire width of NPP Site.”

MR. S. F. VHORAExecutive Director (Technology Development), NPCIL

“In 700MW PHWR India has an attractive Export worthy Product which can compete with the best of Nuclear Technologies and contribute to Clean Energy Future of the Planet Earth. India had all enhanced safety features in place circa 2007 which became norms after Fukushima. Indian PHWRs have come through unscathed through Tsunami, Floods, Station Blackout.”
