Dear Comrades,
Subject: Deficient List of APARs/ ACRs of 2006/2007 batches for promotion in the cadre of JCIT- matter regarding.
The list of deficient APARs/ACRs of the bunched portion of 2006 batch and the 1:1 portion of
2007 batch was uploaded by the CBDT on 22-09-2015 (attached herewith). As you are aware, all
these officers are slated for promotion in the cadre of JCIT on 01-04-2016. It has also been
decided that the CBDT will request the DoPT for further relaxation to make these officers
eligible for promotion in the R.Y.- 2015-16 itself, if the deficiencies in the required APARs/ACRs
are removed early.
So, all the Unit Presidents/General Secretaries are requested to ensure the removal of
deficiencies as early as possible and also to intimate the status to the CHQ.
