Technical description

Tepee

Modular line of Tepee sofas and office walls enables to create arrangements that suit office areas of different functionalities. The system is perfect for arranging informal meeting places and relaxation zones as well as reception areas.

TepeeThe line consists of a few sofa models that can be arranged freely. Free standing armchair without felt panel (FS1) is the only exception with no extension possibility. Some models are available with a table as an option. The table is fully integrated with the seat and based on the same structure which allows for reducing the number of legs. Tables also available as freestanding modules. Tepee sofas except FS1 model can be equipped with a felt panel available in three heights: 1226 / 1586 / 1766 mm which provides possibility of creating „room-in-room” arrange ments.

As an option, individual sofa models and tables can be equipped with electric ports: Bachmann PIX – electric port dedicated to Tepee sofas available in 2 configurations: 1 × 230V or 2xUSB, cable length 3 m, plastic in black colour only.

Sofa construction Sofas without panelThe structure of sofas is made of metal and wooden frame. Metal frame made of profiles and round tubes as part of legs powder-coated in black (BL) or white (WT) colour. Wooden solid beech part of legs finished in natural (1.007), black (1.043) or white stain ( 2.09S). Seat structure made of three layer cut foamdensity 40 kg / m3, thickness 9,5 –13 cm. Backrestmade of cut foam density 21 kg / m3, thickness 9,5 cm.

Freestanding tables Freestanding table is available with both sides HPL laminated table top and solid beech wooden frame. Metal frame made of profiles and round tubes as part of legs powder-coated in black (BL) or white (WT) colour. Wooden solid beech part of legs finished in natural (1.007), black (1.043) or white stain ( 2.09S).

Tepee Walls Tepee Walls are made of thermoformed felt (100 % polyester fiber with reduced fusibility subjected to a needling process) with plywood profiles which stabilize the wall and the foot for each profile. Tepee Walls available as straigth (SW), curved 90 ° (CW 90) or 120 ° (CW 120) versions for integration orfreestanding. Tepee Walls available in 3 heights: 1226, 1586 and 1766 mm and in two colours: dark grey (FC01) and light grey (FC02). Felt panels may differ in shade in colour.Tepee Walls available as versions for integration or freestanding.

Tepee Walls for integration Initial module – this module starts the arrange-ment for integration. External linking connec tors included in the structure of initial module. Middle module – this module to be connected on both sides with initial module, another middle or end module. Internal linking connec tors included in the structure of middle module. End module – this module always ends the arrangement to be connected with initial or middle module. Internal and external linking con nectors included in this module.

Tepee Wall dedicated for integration cannot be a freestanding wall. To connect the walls for integration, internal linking connectors required. Each arrangement ends with external linking connectors. Both internal and external connectors are made of solid beech wood. Initial, end module and any number of middle modules enable to create the arrange ment with adequate number of connectors and feet, narrow as standard, wide as an option. Connectors and feet included in the structure of Tepee Walls.

Tepee Wall TV Tepee Wall TV dedicated for integration with two FS2 sofas with panels, height 1586 mm only. The Wall 80 × 1586 mm is made of thermoformed felt (100 % polyester fiber with reduced fusibility subjected to a needling process) with integrated table. Table top is made of melamine faced chipboard MFC, thickness 25 mm and metal leg powder-coated in black or white colour. Media ports or grommets available as an option. Further connection with Tepee Wall and sofas with integrated panels available as an option. Grommets, media ports and cable manage-ment for table top available as an option.

Feet options for Tepee Work: – narrow foot made of metal powder-coated in black(BL) or white colour (WT) as standard,

– wide foot made of metal powder-coated in black (BL) or white colour (WT) as an option dedicated to external profiles to increase stability of initial walls of the arrangement, additionally equipped with Velcro type fixing for soft floors or skidproof rubber for hard floors (both as standard).

Connectors Sofa connector – made of metal to connect sofa models with each other. The connectors are not visible when assembled to the frame under the seat. The number of internal connectors needed for asembly of Tepee sofas: 2 × (n – 1 – k)n – the number of modules in a specific arrangement, k – the sum of C90D modules in a specific arrangement. Note: Number of connectors to be specified for each separate arrangement.

Panel connector – made of solid beech wood lacquered to connect panels made of thermo-formed felt which stabilizes the panel additionally strenghtened with beech plywood profile. The connectors are fixed to the panel with screws included in assembly set.

Wire trunking Horizontal wire trunking – dedicated to Tepee Work made of upholstery fixed directly to table top with plastic brackets. Two widths available: 800 and 1200 mm, height 120 mm. Vertical wire trunking – dedicated to Tepee Work Sit – length 850 mm and Tepee Work Stand – length 1200 mm. It is made of upholstery with zip fixed directly to table top with plastic brackets.

Play&Work soft seating line consists of the following modules: 1-seater sofa, 1,5-seater sofa with table, 1,5-seater sofa with fixed writing tablet, 2-seater sofa and freestanding table. Left and right versions available for 1-seater and 1,5 – seater sofas. For 1,5-seater module, right or left version is defined by the table or fixed writing tablet location from perspective of seated person. For 1-seater module, right or left version is defined by the corner panel location from perspective of seated person.

Sofa construction

BaseBase consists of two „U” shape legs made of bent tube, diameter 30 mm. The legs are fitted with adjustable glides, and are fixed to the frame of the seat.

Lower part of seat Seat frame is made of wood covered with uphol-stery lined with foam. The bottom part of seat is covered with black fleece. The height of finished lower seat part is 100 mm.

Backrest, armrests and upper part of seatUpper part of seat is made of foam, thickness 100 mm, upholstered and fixed to lower part of seat by means of Velcro type fixing. The same type of connection is used for upholstered backrest and armrests. Seating comfort is ensured by appropriate thickness and density of the foam used for seat and backrest. The cushions are not recommended to be removed.

Panel and upper panelsThe structure of pannels is made of plywood covered with upholstery lined with foam, thickness 5 mm. Pannel is assembled to back part of seat, total thickness is 30 mm. The panels are available with or without upper panels. The structure of upper pannel is made of plywood covered with upholstery lined with foam, thickness 5 mm. Stitching visible on external part of the panel and upper panel is one of distinctive features of Play&Work system.

Upper panels are assembled to low panels by means of connectors. Both low and high panels are equipped with mechanisms with holes ready for clicking the connectors screwed to upper panel.

Writing tablet for 1,5-seater sofaWriting tablet is made of melamine faced chipboard MFC (according to finishes), thickness 25 mm, fixed to sofa and not foldable, with storage for personal items under the tablet top. The front part of storage space is covered with upholstered foam. The writing tablet has 2 mm edge in glue or laser technology defined as standard depending on colour of melamine, see finishes on page 192.

BaseThe base is made of welded Ø 30 mm metal tubes powder-coated in black, alu or white colour. The vertical tube ends with a horizontal plate to which the table top is fixed. Base is fitted with adjustable glides. Sand

Sand is a system of space-dividing upholstered walls. Thanks to their diversity, the models from the Sand line allow for furnishing many different zones in an office space.The line comprises a few basic models of various dimensions that aid in creating diverse and functional arrangements adjusted to the needs of a particular office.

Walls The 150 mm thick Sand wall is made of chipboard covered with hardly flammable polyurethane foam of 35 kg / m3 density and an upholstery fabric.The wall cover is made of 18 mm thick melamine faced chipboard. The Sand walls can be integrated with high tables or upholstered benches in the arrangements with low tables.

Benches The bench carcass is made of plywood and 18 mm thick chipboard. The benches are covered with hardly flammable polyurethane foam of 35 kg / m3 density and an upholstery fabric made of natural wool. The bench sides are made of melamine faced chipboard.

Low table with a metal leg The Sand table top with a metal leg is made of 25 mm thick melamine faced chipboard. The metal leg with a 70 × 70 mm square diameter is powder-coated in 3 colours (WHITE, ALU and BLACK).

High table with a chipboard leg The Sand table top with a chipboard leg is made of 50 mm thick laminated cellular board; the leg is made of 50 mm thick melamine faced chipboard.

Pouff es The pouffes are made of expanded polystyrene and a carcass made of 25 mm thick chipboard covered with foam and upholstery.The pouffes are available as mobile versions (with castors) and stationary versions (with feet).

Reception walls Reception wall consists of single units (empty inside), total thickness 150 mm. Each of them is made of melamine faced chipboard (MFC), thickness 18 mm, covered with fire retardant foam, thickness 6 mm, density 35 kg / m3, upholstered. Wall top is made of melamine faced chipboard (MFC), thickness 18 mm. Levelling in range of 20 mm.Note: to complete an arrangement, dedicated sizes of desks, belonging to each furniture line, should be ordered separately – details in price list.

Accessories

Fixed handleThe handle is designed for fixing 17 – 37" screens and TVs with a maximum load capacity of 18 kg.It is compatible with VESA: VESA 75 (hole distance 75 × 75 mm), VESA 100 (hole distance 100 × 100 mm), VESA 200 × 100 (hole distance 200 × 100 mm), VESA 200 (hole distance 200 × 200 mm).

The Hexa modular seating system can be used to create a unique system that will work almost every kind of workspace, complementing the function and aesthetics of an interior. It helps create a hub which ensures acoustic isolation when seated within a pod. This ensures private meetings and a better flow of information and exchange of ideas.

ModularityThe Hexa range consists of 22 modules serving as seats or linking units which can be freely configured. The Hexa seating system consists of modules with armrests (free-standing modules), modules without armrests, modules with only right or only left armrest, and corner

units – of which sets can be composed. Each of the modules comes with either a low or high backrest.

ConstructionHexa units have a durable solid wooden structure. Both the seat and backrest of the armchair are covered with a foam of appropriate density. The backrest is composed of profiled foam which offers high comfort seating by providing adequate support

for the lumbar region of user's spine. The Hexa line also includes small tables: low (height 520 mm) and high (height 720 mm).Products from the Hexa range are available with elegant chromium plated adjustable (+/ – 10 mm) glides.

Technical descriptionHexa WallMeeting areas are important places in every office – the Hexa collaboration zone, built up from modular sofas and wall from Hexa line, is perfect solution. It is recommended for meeting places of small project groups, for the rapid exchange of information between team members.

It is available as the following modules: 2-seater, 4-seater and 6-seater. In the 4 – and 6-seater modules the table has the shape of a trapezoid, so it is more convenient to take a seat at the table.It is also the perfect place for a presenta-tion or video conference, thanks to a screen that can be hung on the wall and is easily connected to a laptop or a mobile device via a port in the desktop. Wiring to electrical outlets and the TV is aesthetically hidden inside the wall.

The Hexa collaboration zone has excellent acoustic properties (it insulates against sounds from the outside and reduces reverberation inside) and can be used to section-off space, eg. for work that requires concentration and focus.

Each configuration can be complemented with table (with or without electric port).

The LinkUP armchair and chaise longue are available in many types of upholstery . When configuring a product, it is necessary to define the seat (F1) and the seat sides (F2) upholstery colour, while in the case of the chaise longue – also the cushion upholstery colour (F3).Note: it is not possible to combine two types of upholstery within one model.

For one model you can order only one electric port. The available location of the electric port is presented in the pictures below:

The chaise longue can be equipped with a cushion that increases comfort of use. The cushion consists of foam and upholstery fabric.

LinkUP line has been created to complement informal places in an office – the places where employees can relax and regenerate. The LinkUP line consists of two models – an armchair and

a chaise longue. Both models have a durable wooden structure. Carefully selected density and thickness of the foam provide comfort of use. The foam used in

The line of Tapa pouffes has been designed to complement office spaces, reception areas and breakout zones. Their unique design adds an exceptional character to an interior, creating an attractive and comfortable informal meeting place.

ModularityThe product range comprises eleven types of pouffe – single-level pouffes: "O" type (three hights), "Y" type, "I" type, "Square O" type,

"Square I" type and "Square L" type as well as four-level modular pouffe: "N" type and "Square" type. Used as a single element, the pouffe perform the role of a mobile seat that comple-ments a workplace and improves its comfort. They also allow for creating different arrange-ments which aid in designing an effective and comfortable meeting zone that facilitates infor-mation exchange. The users' comfort is ensured by foam of the proper density and with the right thickness.

NoteThe possibility to shade particular pouffe levels or to choose contrasting colours adds an addi-tional aesthetically-pleasing effect to the whole arrangement.

The Magnes II is a modular seating system perfect for use in public spaces. The system’s flex-ibility offers free arrangement and many different combinations. Magnes II is a perfect solution for interiors of many different types and sizes.

ModularityThe system is made up of 17 components func-tioning as seats, linking modules and small tables. Seat frame and sides, also serving as armrests, are made of 18 mm fine chipboard class E1, melamine double-coated. Seats can be uphol-stered with fabrics dedicated for sofas, from groups: 1 – 5. All modules of the Magnes II system are available with adjustable glides as a standard feature. System components can be linked with special furniture connectors allowing easy disassembly and rearrangement of the set without causing damage to chipboard.

Arrangement rulesWhen composing series of modules please pay attention to a few important rules: Magnes II 103 and Magnes II 203 – those compo-nents are dedicated purely as “closing elements” of an arrangement. They are not independent components and should always be linked with other modules by means of furniture connectors.Magnes II 490 W; Magnes II 490 Z; Magnes II 450, Magnes II 580 ZD – those components work exclusively as linking modules. They are not independent components and should always be linked with other modules by means of furniture connectors.Magnes II 450 – it cannot be used as the last component in a row of modules (the so called “closing element” of an arrangement).Magnes II 600 and Magnes II 601 – these are not independent components and should always be linked with other modules by means of furniture

connectors. Those components also cannot work as final components in a row of modules (“closing elements” of an arrangement).
